In this episode we look into park management. This one is more theory based than building. We talk through how parks are broken into ZONES and what you find within them, talk about shared zones and open up Raygate Land and Fundy Funspot to see this in action!
NO Basic or Pro for this one as the theory is the same regardless
The series is split into 2 difficulty levels: BASIC and PRO. The idea is that if you are a new player or a console player without access to Theme Maker's Toolkit items then you can still create realistic parks but the Pro's amongst us can sink their teeth into the Pro level and really put their PC's to the test!

Great work as always! Such a good insight into how a park operates and I’m totally going to use this when I’m planning out the rest of my current project.

@@Nerdchacho yes sir. You know, he knew what most didn't, and you have an insane knowledge of this game/industry. Even things you've covered not related to the game, have helped me in game.

"Sub level of realism" that is! I do the same when I play. I always think about the inner workings of the park, HOW people are trained or how rides are inspected for example.. It all adds to the realism you can see..

Great park and series of vids. But if you're complaining about FPS dips I must ask, Is the parking lot really necessary?
Again it looks nice but I have to weigh the need vs. how many guests do I want in the park, and a car lot is not needed for my tastes.
I do however like how you did the water and the plazas around the mini lake. I need to work on water alot...mine never look like an amusement park water way.

Since this was filmed, I've learnt a few things about the game I didn't previously... The parking lots in my parks are lightweight compared to the park itself. The impact to performance having the parking there is negligible in hindsight. It is a myth erroneously perpetuated by other channels that parking lots take a massive hit to performance. This is only true if you're running the game on a potato. In reality, the ones I've added don't improve performance if removed because the actual bottleneck is else-where in the park.

If you have a look at 2 later eps, there are some park files you can download that use my most used TMTK pieces... Or, if you want things specifically from Raygate Lake or Fundy Funspot then you can download those park files and the items come with it :)
