For 1:50 you have to delete the pillar, place the fence but don't buy it yet and do ctrl z (The undo shortcut) at the same time as letting go of your mouse ( buying the fence) I hope that makes sense you can also do it to put objects closer! I don't have gamepasses so I do this a lot :D

Here’s some things about building a house with no game passes
1. You can bring the roof’s up and extend it
2. You can’t layer fences like put a picked fence then a grass hedge on top.
3. You can’t layer items like put a coat rack and then put towels
This one is a top: use small grid on everything you can move things much more closer

A little tip for the kitchen you can place the counters and other appliances before the windows. When ur done u just have to add the windows where you want and voila! Hope this helps 😊😅 (works with all furniture like the tv stand, etc.)
Ideas for small town
1:48 Ik this is late but in order to do this situation, you’ll need to add a thinner pillar, then add the fence. Because that pillar is incredibly big for the fence 😅 Although, is not necessary to add the other as a thin pillar.

your such a talented builder!! I would NEVER be able to do a no gamepass house no mater what style it is, but you make it look so easy. You inspire me to build big stuff like cities, apartment complexes, shops, ect!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER stop watching you and NEVER unsubscribe, even if i break my laptp and get a new one, i'd subscribe again, I also have a house idea, where you build a house out of basic shapes! The furniture doesnt have to be basic shapes, though, just the walls, roof, and pillars. Have a good rest of your day!

Just so u know, if u want a window, but the walls are separate, go out of build mode, then go back in, and the walls will be connected!!

This was such a good video if you want extra help with the kitchen 8:27 just move the window and the counter will go against the wall then you can put the window back after

I think one thing that might help to stop accidentally turning on advanced placement is to use an alt account. Build the house on the alt accounts plot, that way you don't even own advanced placement :) just a tip if you do this again in the future! Great vid!

tip! a example is like when you were trying to place a towel on the rack, if you undo the rack so its gone, place the towel where you want it to be and at the same time place it and redo it !!
Resizing the roof is not included in the advanced placement pass. It has always been like that way before the gamepass was made
Wait wasn’t resizing roofs added after that gamepass
Heres a tip if you can't place a counter in front of a window - place the counter before you place the window, and place the window from the outside.

Heyy Insomnia! kinda late on this comment but there is a way to put the fence. You can basically do Ctrl Z then it would delete the pillar /wall and you could place the fence then do Ctrl Y and place them all at the same time! I have no gamepass and it's what I do for houses. Hope this helped! ^^

Hiii it was so cool at the end I love it, and I saw someone in the last video with and idea that was to to a house but you can’t recolor anything you should try doing it!
