Next, the adapt at $300 or at $250 is crazy. No one is paying that, very innovative, but we don’t need that at that price point. Another thing is these crazy color ways. Just just give us something simple at times. Lastly, why are we making 500,000 of one pair of shoes? Nike stop making 250,000 of a shoe that no one wanted…

Nike’s biggest problem is their marketing team. They’re too focused on following trends instead of creating them like they did in the past. As for quantity, that’s not an issue; there’s nothing wrong with the number of Jordans they produce. The problem is 3-fold: meaning 1). the price is way too high. $170-180 should be the max for collabs and special projects, everything else should be $150 & under 2). Space out releases better. June had several solid releases and July is looking barren. People are trying to spend so much money every 4 days. 3). Better quality, brands like New Balance can get away with charging $150-$200 because you’re getting quality materials, not that felt “suede” that Nike swears is premium. Dont get me wrong I love Nike and their products but they’ve lost sight of why people coveted their products. And fix the damn SNKRS App, it’s trash.
