Congratulations on pulling Raiden! I was so happy when I got her, too Plus, I even got her signature weapon And, it was the first time (for 6-7 weeks of playing) when I've spent ALL of my pulls, ≈90 but I got Raiden Shogun and her weapon after a total of 40 pulls
If u pull for the first time, u have a high chance of winning, don't waste primos further if u don't get anything till pity 50, skip the patch and wait for a new banner, then pull there u have a high chance of winning the weapon. I did the same, and got mualani weapon, for me it's worth it, as I wanted clorinde sword, but the 'surf up" catalyst is much of a good upgrade then the sword.

the weapon's banner really is a scam
For me it's not
