I'd add Under a Blood Red Sky, One More from the Road and Ten Years After Recorded Live to your list. So glad you in included my favorite, Filmore East. Thanks Alex.
I proudly agree with most of your picks, especially Allman Brothers Fillmore East as well as Sinatra at the Sands! I enjoy them both at night where everything is quiet! And Diana Krall's "Let's Fall in Love" is so stellar!
Couple of my favorite live albums: Commander Cody & His Lost Planet Airmen - Live From Deep In The Heart Of Texas Bob Dylan - Hard Rain Dan Hicks And His Hot Licks - Alive And Lickin' Michael Nesmith - Live At The Palais Zappa / Mothers Of Invention - Roxy & Elsewhere Brand X - Livestock Charles Mingus - Goodbye Pork Pie Hat (This is on the Jazz Time label). Trini Lopez - More Trini Lopez At PJ's
Two For The Show - Kansas 1978. Only one other beats it….The 30th Anniversary version of it when a second CD from the same tour 1977-1978 US Tour was added!
Skipped some huge ones. Humble Pie - Rockin' the Filmore Wishbone Ash - Live Dates Deep Purple - Made in Japan AC/DC - If you Want Blood Judas Priest - Unleashed in the East UFO - Strangers in the Night Iron Maiden - Live After Death
It took me a long time to want to go see a band because i agree with you, what's the point? I HAVE THEIR ALBUM! Even Jagger famously said in an interview at Altamont "I think the concert's an excuse to get together and blah blah" etc. The Doors Absolutely Live the 2 LP version please. is missing. 21:03 You accidentally or (accidently depending on where you live) said Albert Lee instead of Arthur Lee but I'm guessing Albert Lee, every day, had people ask him about playing at Woodstock! it was Alvin Lee
Unfortunately, The Doors we no longer performing when I was old enough to attend concerts. I’ve been told that they were a great live experience. Thank you for your comments and thank you for watching
I think this was a limited edition, so maybe hard to find, but it is such an amazing live album. Steven Wilson- Catalogue/Preserve/Amass. Recorded live in Europe, 2011. Also, Bryan Ferry - Live in Lyon, France. (I think it is only on a DVD, but the sound is amazing as well as his song choices.
Today I listened to Eva Cassidy Live at Blues Alley for the first time. Recorded in a small club in 96, beautiful recording, great jazzy backing band!
I am glad you enjoyed the album. Thank you for watching
Check out Rory Gallagher's "Live In Europe".
Thank you for the suggestion. I’ll check it out. Thank you for watching

2 great (old) live albums, "Live in Paris" from Super Tramp and "Live at the Sahara Tahoe" from Isaac Hayes
Same as me I wanted the music to sound like the studio album. Live at Leeds re-educated me.
Thanks for your comment. I guess others have had a similar experience to me. Thank you for watching
Devo : Are we not Men?
Neil Young: After ztge Gokd Rush
Excellent. You are correct. I remember seeing Devo in concert. They were surprisingly entertaining. Thank you for watching
As for Paul Mccartney, his songs from “Venus & Mars” sound much better live on “Wings Over America”.
1 Neil Young: After The Gold Rush
2 Devo: ????
I have forgotten about “Wings Over America”. I do own that album. I’ll have to give it a listen. Thank you for watching
Sting - Bring on the Night - with Branford Marsalis
Thanks. I’ll check it out. Thank you for watching
Live in Hollywood. Linda Rondstat.
Love Rondstat but not familiar with that live album. I’ll definitely check it out. Thank you for watching
Sinatra at the sands is good you can here people in the audience eating even ice in glasses but Sinatra’s talking at one stage gets very tiresome
Today, his style is out of touch. But back then, he was as cool as you can get. Thank you for your comments and thank you for watching
ᑭᖇOᗰOᔕᗰ 😱
Are we not men devo. After the gold rush Neil young
Correct. I wanted to see if viewers remembered Devo. They were strange. Thank you for watching
