      @@thesoapobsessionbathandbody how hard it was. I was so shocked. I’ve never had that issue. I hope it doesn’t deter you from trying again because pine tar soap is amazing ❣️ Pune tar doesn’t sopanify so I CPOP mine and do the normal cut time and they are always so amazing. My normal cut time is usually 18 hours, but that’s for all loaves. This surprised me so much.

      I was surprised, too. But I'm definitely going to give it another shot. I will set an alarm to check it at 12 hours.
      It is a great addition to soap. Do you add fragrance or essential oils to yours?

      @@thesoapobsessionbathandbody YES! I add a fragrance called “Cuban Cigar” with patchouli, cedar wood and tea tree essential oils. Pine tar has a strong and not favorable smell, to some.
