As someone who witnessed the Mexican league transition from yr long calendar to what it is now. Anyone who suggests that needs to watch the quality there and how boring it gets after top 8 is already by halfway in the season and the relegation rules non existent

I just want someone to remind him that whilst it was an impressive and mildly interesting achievement at the time, there have been 8 other seasons where Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea and City finished with a higher points total than the invincibles managed. Yet he seems to think going unbeaten makes them the greatest PL side of all time when they wouldn't have even won the league in those 8 other seasons.
