Hi Guys Great to see you 3 lovely again, we have had a really wet travelling this year 🤞 let’s hope next year bring the ☀️back Keep em coming 👍🏻 Katie & Gary
We have been going to Sumners Ponds for the last 14 years and absolutely love it there. Definitely recommend it. Great video by the way. If you go there again I can highly recommend a visit to the Queens Head, and there is a nice shop aswell. The pub and shop is literally 5 to 10 minutes from Sumners in the village.
27:37 Port Askaig is a very good choice. An independent bottling from the Caol Ila distillery on Islay. For interest, Ardnahoe Distillery just up the road has just released its inaugural bottling, and I can definitely recommend it.
Awesome on the whisky of the week .. we have whisky Wednesday..& fri sat when camping our favourite is Jim bean Black Cherry Whisky 🥃 mmmmm .. great vid guys cheers Chris & Sammy …
Hi Absolutely love risotto, perhaps you could also do a cooking with Mac too. I'm not a fan of whisky. I'm afraid. Looked great place to stay, even when it was raining ❤
Hi Mac and Sarah...... i'm guessing the little boats are remote control baiting boats. They take feed out, dump it and then come back. The person fishing will then cast to that spot.... it's basically a feeding system to attract the fish in. Love your site reviews, i'm a pleasure angler, so have noted this site as it looks really good. Your pitch looks perfect for a bit of fishing! We are new to the caravan world, picked up our new Swift late August. Hope to bump into you guys at some point. All the best and keep the videos coming! Sean & Angela
Hey thanks for watching! And for answering the top question!! That makes sense now!! Yes the site is absolutely perfect for angling, we'd definitely recommend it. And if you can get pitch 79 or 78. Good luck with your caravanning adventures, we hope you have as much fun as we do 🙂
Oh it's got to be Ketchup on a breakfast. Can't beat it. Great relaxing style video and nice to see some whiskies enjoyed at the site. I'm very partial to a wee dram at nightfall. when all is peaceful and calm. Hugs to you both and Doze,r of course.
Hey, thanks for watching 👍 oh well i (Mac) sometimes deviate to ketchup, depends what's on the plate to be honest. Ah yes a wee dran does down nicely huh? Cheers
Hej Mac and Sarah, maybe we're your biggest fans outer UK😊 Thank you very much for your fantastic campsite impressions. Best regards from Duisburg in Germany, Marion and HaWe
Good morning Mac and Sarah. What a beautifull vidéo,nice and simple life camping by the water, your vidéos are just beautifull, we love it. Big kisses to you both from france 🇨🇵 😘 Gaëtan and José 🎉
Great vlog both. Wish we had a site like that nearer to us. We think it’s an extra special treat if a site has a cafe or restaurant on site. What is quite funny is that I also love making risottos and Paul LOVES eating them. He’s also a single malt man. It’s great to see you enjoying your weekends away. 👍❤Amanda and Paul.
Hi Amanda, thanks so much for watching 👍 it was a lovely site and we totally agree, we always look for a site with a cafe or something. All the best to you both ❤️
Hi guys gread video i love watching you two you are so chilled 😅 i need to get that app for card games great idea, hope your all well, we have put our van away for winter dont think we will have time to use it and its dark early now so arriving at sites after 6.30 is hard.Hope to see you again soon x
Hi Julie, thanks as always for watching 👍 Yes we agree, arriving in the evening at winter is a different ball game all together... Not sure how many more trips we'll squeeze in this year. All the best x
Loved the video.... love the way you make up the bed for sweet boy Dozer ❤ we play crib when we are away in the caravan it might look difficult but it really isn't ....I'm sure Mac could win a game lol... my other half loves whiskey too, so whiskey of the week is a winner 🎉.... look forward to next video 😊
I live in Horsham and visit Sumner Ponds often not as a camper though.Yes those houses what a shame for the site, but it doesn't seem to spoil what is a great spot for all types of visitors.
Hi Ian! Oh fantastic, it's a great local area. Yes shame about the houses but they're springing up everywhere right now. And it didn't disturb us at all to be honest. Thanks for watching 👍
Great video guys. Your Vlogs are so easy to watch, and so informative. Rode Microphones are super clear as well, are they new? Still having sound issues on our Florida Vlog series so need to get something else now… Oh, Red Sauce on a Fryup a yes I love Whiskey. I’m right into Irish Whiskey and Bourbon. Still working on Scotch…
Hey Thanks for watching 👍 Yes the mics are brilliant, definitely recommend! We've had them for a while now. There's an Irish whiskey I love called Connemara, it's a peated whiskey and lovely! Cheers
Re the boats. If the people are into fishing then they may be using "bait boats". They allow you to put your bait with the hook in it, or just loose bait to attract the fish, right in the required spot where you want it, possibly in a spot where it would be difficult to cast to. Hope this helps.
Controversial I’m a no sauce girl, hubby likes both. Dozer is such a sweetie. Love Trash, definitely going to give it a go. Euchre is a brilliant game probably easier to play with someone who knows it, but I’m sure it’s on RUclips somewhere, you can play with dummy hands for two players.
Hey thanks for watching 👍 glad you found us, congratulations on your new caravan! Yes I have a nosing glass at home but it's too fragile to take away in the van. Thanks again, all the best
Hi Mac & Sarah I also love my whiskey we have recently visited Scotland and my wife karen bought me my favourite whiskey which is a single malt 12 year old Macallan mmmmmm you must try
Hi Mac&Sarah, another great video - whisky of the week ✅ (peaty/smokey👍) May I ask, 3LT tripod in the awning - I’ve been searching for a good travel tripod.
Hi Stewart, thanks for watching, always appreciate your support 🙏 Oh the tripod is fantastic! We're so happy with it. It's awesome and great value too, we couldn't quite believe it to be honest. Here's a link to it... amzn.to/3NFE1MX
Hi Mac and Sarah they are called bait boats they use them to put bait out at long distance I fish and I got one very use full if you like that sort of thing try field water ends it’s near Donnington March way if that helps if you are thinking about fishing I would glad to help you out try it before you buy any fishing gear
Great video The thing i find most annoying about ketchups and sauces is that it says on the label once open refrigerate use within 4 weeks i dont know if there still safe to eat after the use buy date maybe your other viewers would be able to answer this
@@MacSarah when we stayed at the Hereford C&CC site I rang them before hand and asked about lakeside pitches. She assumed that I was requesting one and laughed when I asked for the one furthest away, but it rained so much that Calla still got to swim as our pitch and all of the dog walk got flooded!
Hi how much did it all cost for three day I am local can never get a pitch available thanks for a great video. PS what was the cost of the breakfast? Thank you
As usual a beautiful spot and my fav Dozer bless him ha.
Thank you, much appreciated 👍
Great video, thanks! Red for me, brown for the missus. Slightly surprised to be seeing Mac taking a pee in the lake…..! 😂😂
Love your honest polite reviews. Weekly whisky corner is a cracking idea. Glad to see you drink it neat and without ice, just as nature intended.
Oh yes neat is the only way in my view! Thanks, so happy you enjoyed the video 🙂 thanks for watching 👍
Great video. It is always fun to watch your videos.
But now i am expecting every week a wee "the whisky of the week" video😂
Ah thanks so much!! The next video also has a whiskey, maybe we should do some specific whiskey videos hehe. Thanks for watching 👍

Great choice of towing vehicle, I use the same and incredibly stable.
Ah thanks 👍 it's s been absolutely brilliant for us over the last few years
Loved this 😊 and making the front bed up for Dozer! What a special boy he is - thanks for sharing ❤️
Thanks so much Michelle ❤️

Hi my husband loved single malt whiskies and his favourite that my son introduced him too as a Xmas present was Ardbeg 10 years old single malt.
Hi Jane, thanks for watching and for the Whiskey tip too, much appreciated 👍 all the best x
Great vlog guys never stayed there but took a look a few years ago and as you say shame they don’t upgrade , it would then be a great visit👍
Thanks for watching 👍 we loved the site, definitely worth a go
Very good video as always looks like a nice place to visit.
The boats are bait boats they are taking bait out to where they are fishing.
Hi Adam thanks for watching 👍 and for the answer to the mystery boats 😂

We really enjoyed it! Thanks for watching 👍
Must put in a dash of water to get the best out of a Malt Whisky!! a pipette is ideal for this.🏴🥃👌
Hi James!! I've never tried that but will give it a go! Cheers 👍
They have all that at Fields end Water in Doddington Cambridge. You can fish from your pitch. It is also a tranquil park so no Children
Thanks for sharing the tip 🙂

Hi Sandra, thanks for watching 👍 no sauce???? Don't worry we don't think any less of you 😂❤️ oh well look for that game, thanks for the tip 🙂
Looks a nice site guy and gal. What did you think about an all wheel dive vehicle????
Hi Keith, thanks for watching 👍 we'd love an awd vehicle!
Hi mac and Sarah your neighbours are pre baiting before you start fishing either later or tomorrow.
Ahhhh that makes sense! We wondered if it was a side hobby at first but then realized it must have a purpose 😂 thanks for watching 👍
Fab looking site and not too far from us in Portsmouth 👌 was there a pub with in safe walking distance?? 🤔 Thanks
Hi Leanne, thanks for watching 👍 Yes, there's a pub almost right outside the entrance actually, so very convenient 🙂
i just bought a caravan and I stumbled upon your vlog, Its nice to see you enjoy the isla whisky. Do you ever use a nosing glass for your dram?
Hey thanks for watching 👍 glad you found us, congratulations on your new caravan! Yes I have a nosing glass at home but it's too fragile to take away in the van.

The boats drop bait for the fish
Mystery solved 😂👍
