When your iPhone is only 1 year old then it's definitely not worth it to upgrade ever. Unless if you're current phone has issues. Keep your 11 Pro Max until you really need to upgrade and then enjoy your next phone when you need to upgrade.

only reason I was thinking was selling my 11 pro max is because I can get $900 and in another year prob $600??? thats the only reason is its more valuable now
It always happens with brand-new phones. When I got my S10+, it was really slow as well, but after an update or two it started getting faster. This just means your phone isn't optimized yet, and it won't be long until it gets up to speed.

And probably the worst thing is the yellow screen. I actually exchanged it before returning it because I thought it’s a defect. Stupid me.. Anyway, hated it, went back ti 11 pro max.
To sum up if you have an 11 pro no need to update unless you want to flix every year! If you have a three years old phone then yes it is worth upgrading
12 pro is heavy though, to me felt like a small brick, didn’t like it at all personally, and I saw no difference as an average user. I can’t imagien I’ll be doing a lot of wide lens night photos

You can’t test weight in store because of COVID and theft reasons they got those heavy theft devices attached to all phones. I have my old 7 plus and compared weight online before I went in the store and it was pretty close so I decided to go with it. And yes 12 pro is heavyyyy too. At least I can hold it in one hand, and it is a little lighter then the 11 pro max. Solved at least one problem 🤷🏻♀️ and I am not ready to spend another 2-3 hours at Verizon to exchange. Just not very happy with iPhones. Even this 12 pro is denting my skin on my pinky finger as I’m texting. This is insane.
@@seradtt 12 pro I had issues twice because the signal bar went out it was completely shaded off. It was a software issue. Internet on it is worse. It got replaced because the wifi bars were shaded out so it couldn't go on the internet or get messages.... so they said it was a defect and I had to get a new phone... by new phone now they tear it down and replace parts. I have my original camera and screen.......... still have internet issues often. 11 pro max I gave my husband has and no issues. 12 pro sucks. Wouldn't recommend.

honestly getting a used 11 pro max for half the cost of a new 12 pro max isn't a bad idea.. nobody cares about a stupid magnet on the back or lidar.
