This is really interesting, I had braces as a teenager and I have noticed in recent years my teeth have really shifted, they are still quite straight but I’m thinking of getting Invisalign next year just to get them back to how they were and then prevent them moving in future if I wear the retainer each day. My dentist is in London where I lived til last year so I need to get a new one here in Hampshire. Going to look into this🥰
