Hi there! ⚠ At 2:20, please be aware that the left column shows the American words and the right column, the British equivalent! Again... none of us want to mix that up, right? 😉 We hope you enjoy our video and, if you have any questions, feel free to add a comment. We'll be happy to help! ABBE & LISA
The picture at 2:22 into the video is wrong. It should be 'Eraser' in American English and 'Rubber' in British English to refer to what is used tu rub or erase something written, and 'Rubber' in American English and 'Condom' in British English to refer to what is used as a contraceptive.
Hi xhizors! You are absolutely right! Thanks for spotting our mistake and correcting it so that others don't get confused. Hopefully the explanation by Lisa Joy and myself, which is correct, will help. I appreciate you watching so attentively! Have a great day, ABBE
There are plenty. Generally, it's best to search with British actors. e.g. I searched "films by Hugh Grant" and the first result was www.imdb.com/list/ls005526596/ Of course, many British actors, such as this one, have movies in the US, but some hardly do. I hope this helps! ABBE
