Whenever i saw you i sense this that yes there law is there which always helps citizens in different modes..
At the time, if the government is not taking seriously the importance of our judiciary part of the country then, very shortly we could observe the dissatisfaction in public for justice... And then how we expect as peace remains under the country 🙏
The adjournments in High court cases on consent of petitioner counsel and Respondent counsel should be strictly monoiterd by Hon. Judges. Otherwise the unethical understanding of both counsel to get the cases adjourned date to date ,thus Justice delayed means justice denied. Personaly iam facing this truma of being prolonging cases even though it is more than ,10 years old and also we are senior citizens. I sincerely hope the Honble.High Court of Karanataka look into this fact and try Improvise the system
