I never agree with SAS but he's got a point, you can't trust Kyrie to ever play a full season whether it be bc of injury or personal reasons and he hasn't shown up in the post season since leaving LeBron
Mental stress can fk up one's back/neck, at least in conjunction with poor posture and poor diet. In 1998, I had a herniated disc in my neck (head banging as a teenager injury 1988 seriously), and went through a very stressful time I handled horribly. My neck and upper back muscles tightened so much that I lost all feeling in my left arm and most of my right for several months. Insurance sucked and doctors couldn't fix me. Bankrupted me. Went to a chiropractor, who fixed me instantly, unfortunately at the cost of horrible neck pain ever since. So, partially paralyzed with no pain or mobility at the cost of pain. Ever since has been a journey of taking better care of myself. Tmi....sorry...just saying I know it's possible. If I was rich it wouldn't have been as big a problem, so my empathy is about nil for Simmons
the Nets starting 5 next season can look like Ben Simmons Kyrie Irving Joe Harris Kevin Durant and then like you said Casey I agree they definitely need a Big Man/Center. Out of the Nets FA's in my opinion Kyrie and Patty Mills will both pick up their (PO's), and then they re-sign Bruce Brown Jr., Nic Claxton, and Drummond if the Nets can't get a real Center. Aldridge, Blake, and Dragic I think Brooklyn should let walk in FA, I know Dragic had a decent season but they already have Patty Mills. This was a solid video Casey!!!
Dude Kyrie nearly every season misses major time and that almost always contributes to playoff disappointments. Steven A has a point why would I pay a 4-5 year Supermax for a guy that plays half the time given his history. I’m no closer to a title with kyries unreliability if I’m the nets.
Quinn Snyder would be at Duke before he coaches the Nets. Brooklyn is a mess and is a lottery team after Kyrie and KD are gone within three weeks. Utah is at least stable.
Why isn't the player option realistic? The Nets would just say "you can take the option or leave in free agency" Teams aren't going to line up to offer him long term big money deals. Even if they do is Kyrie going to like Sacramento, Orlando, or Indiana? Brooklyn is his ideal situation. I don't think he'd give it up at the end of the day.
Keep Nash, and trade everybody else. Get young players who are putting good numbers as role players or are coming of the bench. Im sure they will work hard to prove they can be starters. Build a team with young players who can work together.
@A.M. Hoops, your point about the Nets being over the Cap is key! I would say let him walk otherwise ... nobody else can pay him as much as the Nets and seeing the circus that always accompanies him, nobody is likely to WANT to pay him as much or for as long. But, letting him walk doesn't give the Nets ANY flexibility to sign someone else! I'd only given him the 4 year deal and look for the FIRST chance to trade him for a Snickers Bar and some gum balls!
as bad as westbrook was thought to be this year, at least the guy is always available. I wouldn't give Kyrie anything. Let him go, set a new precedent for handling these types of players.
KD will demand a trade and will go to the Lakers to join Lebron, to try to win another chip. Kyrie and Simmons will not be traded since no team would want them and I do agree with you on Nash being fired.
The Nets are suffering from the Atlantic Yards CBA curse. They built the arena and the nearby housing with community support and signed a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) in 2005. After they got the arena, they ditched the community and sparked gentrification. The people who fought for the arena got pushed out of the community. I told Nets fans at the beginning of the season that I do not think they will ever win a championship there because of what they did to that community.
4 year 80 million is the most i would give him .. or let him opt in, and let him leave next year, and trade KD for picks to do rebuild. If he doesn't like it, he can leave this season. Another, really crazy option, and the trade machine says the money works, is trading for AD and Lebron with everything that Brooklyn has (without Kyrie, KD and the veteran minimum guys). Lakers would get 3 picks, and they could then trade Curry, Mills, Brown and Harris for additional pick each, get the 3 rookies that Brooklyn has (Thomas, Sharpe and Edwards), Simmons and Claxton. So 7 picks, 3 rookies with some potential, Ben Simmons and Claxton for AD and Lebron. That's not bad
I really don't think Steve Nash is to blame. What can he do with the egos on that team? I don't think any of the coaches you named will be able to manage Kyrie or Simmons. Some of the leagues best coaches (including LeBron) have worked with both those guys and no one has done it. Nash was set up to lose, but it would honestly be the merciful thing to fire him and let him get a real HC job somewhere else. Maybe he'd take over for Quinn Snyder
I’m completely fine signing Kyrie and I honestly think he would take a slightly lesser contract because he feels like he let the team down this season. They can keep all 3 stars but they need to fill out the rest of the roster better. They need a culture changer (a locker room guy/leader). Blake is a fan favorite so keep him. Keep Bruce & Claxton. We need to get players with size that can pass shoot and dribble. The clippers wings and Myles Turner would be nice
I agree with this, I think the Nets FO should make sure they can get back some on Kyrie's contract. I would say they can put in some incentive in the contract for him to play more but Kyrie clearly showed that he doesn't care about money. Keeping Blake and making him the "Haslem of the Nets" sounds like a fun idea but there has been talks that Blake wasn't happy with falling out the rotation so there is a chance he may go to somewhere that offers him a bigger role (idk where would that be unless the Lakers want to repeat their season record)
@@reaper_is_unavailable tbh i know a lot of nets fans complain about Kyrie & playing games, but if you really think about it I don’t think any of us really want him to play more than 60-65 games lol
I stopped making predictions on Kyrie Irving. Cause this dude can't be calculated. If you think it's unrealistic and there's a 0.1% chance of happening then Kyrie will find a way. I wouldn't be surprised if Kyrie pulls a Darren Collison and decides to retire tomorrow because he wants to become an Imam. Cause thats just that kind of guy Kyrie is! So for me there's no realistic or unrealistic when it comes to number 11
you are wrong in one point though. Kyrie is very predictable in terms of collecting a big check. All that nonsense, Bball isnt everthing, anti-vaxx, sage burning, walking to the arena with a damn stick....but he still wants that 45 mill a year. He wants to wander the world like Jules? Go ahead, stop playing games.
Watching this for the first time and it's like the nets were listening to this channel. KD demanded a trade and the nets fired Nash .Only kyrie is so unpredictable and opt in on his player option
After 2 months, we learned Kyrie himself had no leverage, bc other organizations (except LAL) wasn't eager to get all of his nonsense. the relation with KD was his only leverage. 4:47 BKN had choice 4:00 Kyrie opt in.
There can be clauses in contracts. Give him his max but if he doesn’t do something necessary required to even enter the building he he not only doesn’t get paid, he also gets fined. He owes the nets money at this point.
As much as people didn’t think Harden and CP3 worked well together in Houston, the fact is the Rockets had the best regular season in franchise history, and they were only one injury away from beating the great GSW that year. I wonder how the Nets would look if they had CP3 instead of Irving… with CP3, Harden and Durant…. Ohhhhh boy, that’s a nice big 3.
That is a nice choice but the only problem is that Washington wouldn't pick up on it. Kyrie said that if he got traded he wouldn't play and at this if there is anything we can trust from Kyrie now is that he sticks to his word, so the threat of unavailability would be too much for Washington to risk.
The Nets are probably not going to do it but I think they should rebuild. Their window is closing with this roster. KD is not getting any younger and already had a major injury and Kyrie is Kyrie. I don't see them winning any title or even getting to the finals in the future. There were a lot of red flags with their plan of signing KD And Kyrie and also lost all of their depth with the Harden trade.
They could trade Kyrie, Seth, Simmons and KD for picks. Because they don't have anything left to rebuild right now. They gave up their future for Harden

They desperately deserves DEFENSE! Hope Ben comes in full health when he does.
Wsh is the quality so low ?
Ben informing Nets that his mental block causing back issues.
Nets: Emotional Damage?! 😂😂
5:37 is that Kyle Korver? I thought he retired?
Shooting coach
@@AMHoops ah, good for him for staying involved while still able to see his family
Love your videos
Why did they fire Kenny Atkinson?
Can they waive Simmons?
Absolutely...mental stress is super connected to the body...
Dude Kyrie nearly every season misses major time and that almost always contributes to playoff disappointments. Steven A has a point why would I pay a 4-5 year Supermax for a guy that plays half the time given his history. I’m no closer to a title with kyries unreliability if I’m the nets.
Good one for getting Quin Snyder as the next HC!
The Kings are a Galactic black hole.
Keep Nash, and trade everybody else. Get young players who are putting good numbers as role players or are coming of the bench. Im sure they will work hard to prove they can be starters. Build a team with young players who can work together.
Lol, what a horrible idea
Nash has no system and runs no plays.
Can u do a Hawks off-season plans next?
Your biggest fan!!
Thanks!
Can you do a Chicago bulls off-season plan ?
No video at the end bro ????
Really???

@@Ogseven0savage any time sir, thanks so much for the support 🙏🏼
Can you do raptors plz?
If they get eliminated. We may be doing a SIXERS offseason video instead!!!
@@AMHoops raps in 7 💪😁
@Alvinson Zheng exactly Alvinson!
Kyrie is half man, half a season 😂
Ben needs to go along with Kyrie. Trade them to a team for a top 5 pick and another star.
They ain't getting that kind of return.
I said it before when Harden went to the Nets. 3 Drama queens in 1 team. this gonna be goooooooood. =P
as bad as westbrook was thought to be this year, at least the guy is always available.
Your funny
😭😭😭
🤦🏿🤦🏿🤦🏿
Do a video on Warriors and Wiggins. That will be interesting
Nerlens Noel is a hot commodity for cheap salary, because the up and coming bigs in the draft are versatile player with little injury concerns
After that 1 for 11 free throw game I would not keep Nic Claxton on the team
@@user-xn4bq2vv6y That is true, if you want healthy Kyrie in the playoffs then he has to miss some games
😂 this is a DUB
you are wrong in one point though.
@@maxmeier532 didn't he lost like 20 million because of the Vaccine?
Ben Simmons description of his injury sounds like something you say to your doctor to get some weed.
What does Kyrie have to do with this?
Do the Bulls fixing video next, please!!!
Mark Jackson?
3team Nets/Heat/Spurs trade:
MIA get:Kyrie Irving/Cam Thomas/Dayron Sharpe/Zach Collins(50.9mil out-48.5mil in)
BK get:Dejounte Murray/Duncan Robinson/Doug McDermott(43mil out-47Mil in)
SAN get:3 1st(2BK/1MIA)/ Tyler Herro/Kessler Edwards/Kyle Lowry(trade asset)(37.6mil out-35.6mil in)
Nets trade Ben Simmons(35.6mil) for Rudy Gobert(38.1mil)
Trade Joe Harris(18.6mil)+2 2nds for Harrison Barnes(18.3mil)
Use 11.3mil exception on Richaun Holmes(11.2mil)
Murray/Mills
Brown/Curry
Barnes/Robinson
Durant/McDermott/Griffin
Gobert/Holmes/Aldridge
Kyrie-Drama effect 🤣🤣🤣
Lowkey, Stephen a got a point bro I wouldn't want someone so flaky to be locked in for a while
Do the Hawks next since their are eliminated.
🧐 Clearly the issue was Steve NASH. He was out coached all year. Harden pointed it out in and out was magnified in the Playoffs
If the nets can get GP2 next year that would be their first smart decision in a while
warriors aren’t gonna let that happen i don’t think kerr is that slow
This one time I sneezed and I fucked up my neck for a week
There can be clauses in contracts. Give him his max but if he doesn’t do something necessary required to even enter the building he he not only doesn’t get paid, he also gets fined. He owes the nets money at this point.
As much as people didn’t think Harden and CP3 worked well together in Houston, the fact is the Rockets had the best regular season in franchise history, and they were only one injury away from beating the great GSW that year. I wonder how the Nets would look if they had CP3 instead of Irving… with CP3, Harden and Durant…. Ohhhhh boy, that’s a nice big 3.
Yessiree
kyrie to washington would be a great fit, they need a point guard
That is a nice choice but the only problem is that Washington wouldn't pick up on it. Kyrie said that if he got traded he wouldn't play and at this if there is anything we can trust from Kyrie now is that he sticks to his word, so the threat of unavailability would be too much for Washington to risk.
If the nets get Payton jr it would be so clutch. Take the ball out of iso hands to create space. Nash would love his play style.
Pacers?
kyrie is literally basketball neymar
Firing Nash & Getting rid of Simmons is what the nets need.. go Celtics!
