Line Charts: 0:10 Graph with Multiple Lines: 6:30 Graph with Multiple Lines (Different Data Set): 7:35 Trendline: 15:37 Data Series: 17:04 Average Lines: 21:45
Hi! great tut. Is there a way to populate a chart automatically taking the value from a cell that changes all the time takin a value from internet ? Thanks
Nice video! Any idea how to zoom in on a chart if there's a lot of data in a series? eg 1000 dates along the bottom for the year but only want to show chart data for June - Dec.
Great video thank you. However I was searching on the web for a fixed reference line like you did when plotting the « fixed » average all along the line. I want to achieve the same output without having to see an additional line in my table that serves just for that reference line in my graph!! Isn’t that possible to have a fixed value reference line that you input in the settings of your graph editor and get that line show in your graph ?? I only found tips on excel but not on Google spreadsheets. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I guess from my readings that was possible only on combined bar graphs I guess…. But why it doesn’t work in simple line graphs ?
@@ExcelGoogleSheets thank you for your reply. The reason is I use the table with my team and I don’t want to have an additional row/column repeating the same value… it adds more data and I wish I could do without it… you will tell me I can hide the line/row, but still when you select and copy/paste later on, you forget that hidden row and it can mess up things… Anyways… if we cannot do otherwise, it’s fine. I was just wondering if someone knew how to do add the fixed line directly on graph settings. Thank you again for your reply.
@@ExcelGoogleSheets i don’t know how to contact Google for that. But still, I believe it’s à such basic yet critical thing to add, and so important. When you graph a curve you want to compare it to something in order to better analyze your curve. Especially when dealing with trends, targets, etc… thanks again :)
I would like to use a Bar that shows the total Income that I have and how much income I should have left at the end of the month (a clear bar that shows a total amount (specified by a clear box) and it will fill up depending on how much money I have left)
Line Charts: 0:10
Graph with Multiple Lines: 6:30
Graph with Multiple Lines (Different Data Set): 7:35
Trendline: 15:37
Data Series: 17:04
Average Lines: 21:45
Thank you so much!
Bless you.
@Leah Pearl, bless you soul.

HERO! Thank you
Awesome examples. It's the first time that I saw usage of the "=GOOGLEFINANCE" function and it should be extremely useful when doing analysis. Thanks!
Just excellent very real , data and graphics matches thanks for such informative info
Thank you! This was a great tutorial for a beginner!
You are a beast. Awesome tutorials.
How do you add vertical lines in a line graph! 🤔
Those are all amazing practical examples! Thank you!
Glad you like them!

Very helpful - thanks!
CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE THE DATA FOR THE SAME CHART

Why not just have a line chart with first column dates, second column amounts, third column the fixed line number repeating for all rows.

@@didiss10 You could use a function to replicate your table on another sheet with extra column attached, that way it wouldn't mess with your workflow.
Or you can ask google to implement new features and hope they do. I wouldn't count on it though :)

What if I have two different x-values and y-values? How would i plot those
Tried doing switch rows at 1:58 but it has set my dates as the y-axis. Any way to swap this to the x-axis?
How do I change the starting point from 0 to a higher number if I'm using android?
can i use scripts or query to create graphs?
🙏🏻
upload copies of the Charts PLSSS!!!!!!
