Roger's Pass... I remember there's a bear sculpture there but I did not see any bear. I went a little later in the year, during late July. I only saw bear from the lift chair so it was small from my view. There's another scenic point called the The Last Spike that we saw, a rail historic site... Lake Louise is beautiful! Taking pictures of the lake is super nice and got the natural reflections just like magazines. I see you did eat lunch at the hotel and that is great. The tour I participated actually included the buffet lunch back in 2012 and it was great too. Kind of got lucky there. Lake Louise (fka Emerald Lake) is named after Princess Louise, 4th daughter of Queen Victoria. The water of Lake Louise came from the melting ice of Victoria Glacier. Interesting that the "mother" glacier is feeding water to the "daughter", the lake. I wore my shorts and a windbreaker the entire trip even when I walked on the iceberg in Jasper. According to our tour guide, I was a strange phenomenon from Hawaii. Thank you again for sharing your trip.

@2:00 , 錯了。 加拿大洛基山對比美國的洛基山脈不一樣構造。加拿大洛基山脈的形成比較古老好多，多古生物， 例如 視頻經過附近的burgess shale， 可以去親手挖寒武紀化石 。 美國科羅拉多州的洛基山脈形成比較年輕好多， 岩層比較少古化石。
