This is really unlike any other prediction I've seen, and yet it makes a lot of sense! It allows us to hear the Chinatown theme in both the regular and final lap versions and puts the Marina Bay Sands route on the last lap, which fits as a final grand spectacle for the race. The only thing I'm worried about is that the first lap will be too short

This route is mostly good, but it really misses the point of Singapore Speedway 3's route, with the splitting paths where you can hop onto the rooftops, when it's only done in reverse that's completely lost.
Here's my route:
Lap 1 is Singapore Speedway 1, going atop the infinity pool.
Lap 2 has you turning into the Chinatown, then doing SS2's route, same as your lap 2 in the video.
Lap 3 starts you once again going down SS2's route, until you reach the turn to go over the ArtScience Museum, you then go down the rest of SS3's route, including the Chinatown again with the final lap music variant, this also ends the race with a final offroad shortcut with a ramp.

Personally, I feel like the track will have a similar situation to Sydney Sprint. Singapore 1 - Singapore 2 and 3 combined - Singapore 1R into Chinatown with different obstacles

I love this! This is how I imagined what Singapore Speedway would be like too if it got into BCP.
A lot of people say you should start with Singapore Speedway 1 first but IMO that section felt too short for a first lap. Not to mention, Marina Bay Sands is Singapore's biggest tourist attraction. Wouldn't it be better for Lap 3 so we can finish the race with a big bang?

I personally think the route will be this:
Lap 1 - Singapore Speedway
Lap 2 - starts as Singapore Speedway 2, but when you approach the float after the helix bridge, a ramp similar to the one on Kalimari Desert is present, and players will drive onto the arts and science museum and the rest of the lap is Singapore Speedway 3.
Lap 3 - Singapore Speedway R

Interesting, but my prediction differs quite a bit. Singapore Speedway 3 feels like it was designed with a specific direction in mind (actually all 3 routes do), as your version ignored the upper route.
My route.
Lap 1. Same Singapore Speedway 1
Lap 2. A shorter lap. Basically loop through China Town to end up passing through the finish line backwards. The off-road cut would be at the end of this lap.
Lap 3. A longer lap. Starts off with the first half Singapore 3 before turning into Singapore Speedway 2 for the final stretch.
It was important to me to figure out how to turn things for Singapore Speedway 3. I believe this is the best method.

Lap 1, Singapore speedway 1
Lap 2, Singapore speedway 2 until you get to the soccer field where you start going backwards.( but you don’t go to Chinatown.
Lap 3, Singapore speedway 3.

I've seen videos of Singapore Speedway route predictions with similar or have the same idea. Lap 1 would be Singapore Speedway 1, Lap 2 would have Singapore Speedway 2 and then 3 combined, and Lap 3 would have Singapore Speedway 1R with 3's Chinatown section.

I actually have a niche prediction for this track: the infinity pool being so shallow has always bugged me, but I get it's a little too short of a section for it to actually submerge you. But what if instead, you used antigravity to float just above the surface of the pool? I think that could be cool. You could do the same thing with that one part of Bangkok Rush.
