First time I’ve seen someone pour the oil on the opposite side cause as much as I live my Puerto Rican mothers pasteleos (empanadas) I’ve in the past few years have had to mention to her he’s 72 that to put some oil on the other side for quicker cook time this filling looks so delicious I def have to try this for sure
I have to stop watching your videos in the night...I made some today as I had some minced meat already cooked. I followed a recipe for the dough but substituted some white cornmeal together with flour. It was crunchy and very delicious. Thank you for the temptation Ria😄😄

Hi Bumbi! I bought the wrappers at my local Spanish/Mexican Grocery but usually find it at Key Food. They did enjoy it. My baby boy is certainly adorable and mischievous and keeps me busy and happy. The plants are "Chinese money plants"--brings money, good luck and prosperity to homeowners----and many baby plants. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
