343 added the mark v helmet for the mark v (b) armor core so i feel like personally that they’re still gonna use the mark v (b) armor core for everyone. And even than 343 added cross core helmets in season 5, and they said shoulders would be next, so that would help for more unison to all of the RvB characters.

For example, Mark 7 armor is all under the Mark 7 core, while Reach’s Mark 5 armor is all under that armor core. There is some (not entire) cross core customization. So for example, you can fit Halo Reach’s ODST helmet on a Mark 7 armor core.
They may or may not be trying to buy back the guy who voiced caboose because if I recall correctly he retired so they are probably trying to work with him or attempting to find someone who sounds exactly like caboose I’m sure that they are trying to get as much work on the graphics and effects for the season hopefully it’s gonna be amazing and not a big let down like red vs blue zero
I’m gonna bet they’re going with the second option because Joel was apparently pretty damn toxic. Stuff like bullying staff, high entitlement, and being generally unprofessional. He also apparently wished someone with a gun would break into Gavin Free’s house which did end up happening. So yeah I’d prefer that he not voice the cinnamon roll that is Caboose.
Rooster Teeth threw Kathleen Zuelch under the bus many years ago. If they could not stand by the VA of Tex, they do not have the character to stand by its product. Hell, they tossed us dedicated sponsors aside like used condoms when they went commercial with their first memorable commercial sponsor being Bayonetta.
Since the Infinite Mark VI isn't customizable, I think the better option would be to use the Mark VII or Mark V[B] cores, especially now with cross-core helmets being a thing. If they used Infinite Mark VI, they couldn't have Caboose use the Mark V helmet unless he was on a different core, and same goes with Carolina with her Recon/Trailblazer. They'd have to use different cores anyways, which would just end up looking weird. I know they're also working on cross-core shoulders too, but that likely won't be implemented in time for filming, so I think they just need to pick a single core and stick with it.

Crazy seeing my armor color edit in your thumbnail after all these years. I made that back before the armor coatings announcement when I was still excited for Halo Infinite. I remember Teh Spearhead using it in a video as well on what I consider the worst day of my life, and it cheering me up.

For some reason season 15 on bluray/DVD is incredibly rare, I've only ever seen one listing for it on eBay and it was $180. I'm really hoping they print some new copies and release them alongside the final season because as much as I love this show, $180 for a used bluray is crazy and it's the only season I'm missing.
