I don't know. Its a bit off to me. The original design was inspired by Jim Lee's work. I feel like they either took something away or they added way to much
I like how the intro isn’t always the same. You got Sunspot doing the OG Jubilee portion and that scene of Rogue kissing. At this point, anyone that’s skipping the intro should have their D+ account deactivated
I wish they would have shown that in the movies, instead of her with Bobby. I guess maybe they all were kids, not adults. Still, they could have had Remy Laboux as a kid. I just didn’t like how they made his character in X-Men Origins.
@@ponokunishima1what they did with his character wasn’t great but I didn’t mind the actor playing him, Taylor Kitsch. He’s honestly the only person I could imagine properly portraying a live action Gambit
ngl i thought magneto would replace charles in these intros and we’d get a new villain that’ll specifically be for magneto but i still love the oh intro and that won’t change
So can anyone give me information on this. I was looking around for the other day I was confused because I kept saying 1997 this new episodes in the style of the 1997 television show? Or is it just a release of the 1997 episode?
I got you covered here. This is a sequel series to the original X-Men animated series on Fox Kids from 1992-1997. Since it takes place back in 97 shortly after the end of the first series that's the name. It helps to know the first series before getting into this one though.

Whoever made these intros deserves a raise.

They deserve a pension and 401K.
0:37, Roberto replaces Jubilee as the young mutant being chased by racists. An Easter egg for those who know the original series' intro by heat!
@bradtobin839, "Also, Morph continues to be haunted by Mr. Sinister.
heart*, but you right
Pense que esa escena la habia anulado disney x la generacion de cristal
I fkn love the way the story is being told on X-Men'97 that it's literally affecting the intro. That's why you NEVER skip the X-Men intro.
The Lilandra cameo is keeping us in suspense and Prof X is with her!!!!!

I like that nod to jubilee in the original intro with sunspot! Awesome touch. These intros are definitely chefs kiss.
I see. Same banger theme but different credits each opening. Nice.
Similar to Avengers Earth’s mightiest heroes
I like that detail
MAGNETO!
CYCLOPS!
JEAN GREY!
WOLVERINE!
MORPH!
ROGUE!
BEAST!
GAMBIT!
JUBILEE!
BISHOP!
MARVEL ANIMATION' X-MEN '97!
I noticed Storm name wasn't mentioned
I'm impressed at how Storm's name wasn't part of the intro, since she currently left the team.
And yet you can see her in the beginning of opening, flying alongside Rouge and the Blackbird
Bishop is probably not going to be in the next couple of episodes and Sunspot will definitely get a spot by the finale
So Rogue is going to be with Gambit??YES!!!

well... 😭😭
This did not age well 😭😭💀💀
I wonder if next week's intro will have jean back with her ponytail
So we now have no Storm, and Roberto taking Jubilee's place in clinging onto the wire fence while being pursued by a mob.
I guess the intro change every episode
This theme is Iconic as Danny Elfman's Batman theme.
0:47 mister sinister: hahaha!!!! 😈
So happy to see his full appearance on this episode 😈 🙏🏿 ☕
i like how they show who's on the team each time. like, storm isn't here since she left, and bishop isn't in the episode 4 intro since he left.
Let's hope they do the Christmas intro
I love❤ Rouge and Gambit😊
X-men legends 2 rise of apocalypse: Cyclops, Jean Grey, Gambit, Rouge > Double Date
Hello from Russian🇷🇺
Russian fascists and Nazis, you will definitely lose
New scenes like Rogue and Gambit kissing and Bishop long hair
ngl i thought magneto would replace charles in these intros and we’d get a new villain that’ll specifically be for magneto but i still love the oh intro and that won’t change
Poor Morph, having PTSD from Mr. Sinister.
Art 🚬🚬
Anybody noticed that storm was not in the intro? Hope she returns! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Because she wasn’t in today’s episode. But she will be the main character in episodes 4 and 5
Gladiator might show up.
No Storm… 😢😢😢
I don't know if you have Disney+ or not, but stay tuned for the Storm stuff. 😉
they changed jubilee to sunspot something strange lol
I’m disappointed that they decided to erase gambit and Magneto so mad
Do you guys think that bishop falling in the time streak was them teasing him losing Nathan?
And for those who are complaining about Storm’s mohawk, Here she is without it for a brief moment of time in the intro.
Why Storm name wasn't mentioned on the intro!!
I always saw that Magnetos. Real name was Eric, not magnus.
So is storm done being in the intro
She wasn’t in today’s intro because she wasn’t in the episode

@@StreamPunkCinemaSo that's why they use the "97". Man, I need to see this.
The original show that aired in 1992-97 is on Disney+ if you wanted to catch up on what happened before the events of this sequel series.
I wish they had left the scene where Rouge crushed the sentinel after being restrained!
Good observation that it was removed
