Very comprehensive, informative, yet concise material. Thanks so much. I'm in the start line of this fight, just diagnosed with AL and started chemo last week with the new Daratumumab. Bone marrow biopsy 2 weeks ago confirmed amyloid and PET Scan last week showed no sign of cancerous cells. Wondering how BNP jumped from 700 ng/L a month ago to 2800 last week! A bit scary. First time in this video I learned it's Stage IIIb! And learned a lot, lot more. Thanks again.

Do you have Al Amyloidosis or another type if you don't mind me asking and what type of symptoms did you have? My Kappa Lambda Ratio is 2.06 which is high but the Oncologist I see isn't concerned.I have many Pvcs and Pac's

Very Good Review. Very Comprehensive. Would love to see the same review with 2nd half focused on ATTR.

If someone KNOWS and they they have a Kappa lightchain MGUS through testing then finds blockage in their LAD, is that concern AL amyloidosis may be playing a part in the heart event or is there anything to be pointed out to the 2 different and separate teams? Does this make the MGUS more than a monitoring event, should my oncologist be more concerned?
