Wondering if they changed rune guard with new patch, did they happen to make it to where you can’t heal yourself out of ice with it anymore? Before the patch we had arc healer catching ice and instantly popping themselves out, but now they’re unable to do so. Also ices in general have been sort of funky, giving it to random people who aren’t hugging boss, any clue if they changed anything or if zos is just being zos by adding a new unexplained feature. Any insight would be appreciated, thank you and congratulations on dm
I’m not sure about runegaurd but I wouldn’t be surprised. I didn’t consistently experience getting instantly popped out of cages, it would only happen sometimes, but my health would be very high. If that’s not happening then maybe it’s been changed. As far as ices go, they’ve always been funky, it seems to target 2-5 seconds prior to any animation, so I usually chalk it up to that.
Arc Healer is very good for this trial specifically, mainly due to its utility with shields! NB Healer is kind of dead with Scribing, so usually you'll opt for Sorc, Arc, or Cro I think to pair with Warden
@@eigh1puppies mind if I ask for more explanation about nb being dead with scribing? You don't think a courage nb for ult Gen with spc/pp/pearls will still be mostly used? Thanks for your answer!
@@jimmyc1510 cowardice is the main reason for a blade and that can be mostly sourced with scribing now. There are exceptions to this as with everything but in general, that’s what it’s best for
@eigh1puppies I was thinking that it was for the catalyst passive and crazy ult Gen that the nb has. Maybe I'll get to start using my arc as a healer now. Will a dark elf work in that regard? I'm still figuring out raid comp after being a solo pvp player for a long time so I appreciate your insight and help!
@@jimmyc1510 dark elf can work I tend to really prefer Breton though! It’ll open up room to get more weapon/spell damage and healing from other sources (mundus for example)

I ran SPC/Pillager/Ozezan/Pearls on first two bosses and switched into RA/PA/Symphony/Pearls for final!
