Just read Pages & Co.: The Bookwanders (1st in series). It’s from the UK. This book made my heart sing! Eleven year old Tilly pages discovers that she can “bookwander,” entering the worlds of her favorite novels. The fun turns to daring adventure when she goes looking for her mother who disappeared without a trace when Tilly was a baby.

The Wild Robot! You have inspired me to start book talking during the morning announcements at the school in which I work! What a great idea! I love your channels! Keep posting and inspiring!!! :)

Thank you for the great video. I started book talks with my students this term and I love it. I recently used a book that was recommended by a colleague, called Words by Lora Rozler. My grade 4/5 students had a lot to say about it - it lead to wonderful discussions about so many topics, belonging, friendship, loneliness, etc.

That's so cool -- I included "Invisible Hand" in a graduate course I am teaching this summer devoted to children's and adolescent lit! Now I don't have to book talk it! ;-) Linking this video from my syllabus!

I’m super torn. I just read the first Cassidy Blake and loved it, but I also just read The Midnight Hour and loved it too.
