Suggestion: paint the area between the "air fins" black or dark grey. This will make it appear more realistic. A step above would be to make or use a real vent over a painted black background.

I bought one of these. Easy to install however, the rfid card is hit and miss... Meaning, sometimes you need to position the card multiple times before it registers and opens. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING TO GET THE CONTENTS IN THE DARK OR UNDER PRESSURE. IT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF YOU CAN INCREASE THE CARD SENSITIVITY OR INSTALL A PUSH RELEASE OPTION.
Is the face of it metal or plastic? If plastic, is there at least a metal sheet behind it? Otherwise, a hammer would bust through into the safe compartment.
So now that every thief in the world knows about these how sturdy is the face of it? I feel like a few good kicks or a baseball bat would get it open pretty easily.
I bought one, and it worked fine until I changed the batteries then it died. I have tried to contact their "customer service" a dozen times, but they will not return either voicemail or email and there is no way to make direct contact. I wish I had never made the purchase.

Corbin Das yes there is a nice metal plate behind the plastic.
Not only that but no one will even think of that being A hiding spot so it doesn’t matter

Terrible company. They can't even deliver on orders that are already PAID for. Avoid at all costs.
