I do not allow others to attach wrong identity on me when they treat me wrong and hurt me : i am abused, i am a doormat, i feel sick when they treat me that way etc...
No, my true identity is I am the precious child of God. God loves me, value me, protect me. I am Royalty. I am a powerful, pure, victorious, triumphant soul etc...
The past is the past. I am a new person now, powerful, triumphant, kind, pure etc..
People cannot define who i am. I know who i am: i am the new creation of God. People cannot make me feel that i am weak, sick. They cannot make me feel sorry for myself. What they said or did to me were their problems and i do not allow them to impose negative feelings on me.
Then from victory, we can think of ways to speak up or how to solve problems. We cannot solve problems for victory. We should solve problem from victory, from our good self image.
