I stayed at this hotel last week (Oct 26 2022) and had a pleasant stay. We didn’t hear our neighbors but we heard kids and adults just walking down the hall on 2 or 3 occasions but it wasn’t disturbing. We were facing the street but didn’t hear street noise either. We were on the 4th floor.

I like this family suite But you are right... i would have switched the kids bunk bed room and the adults room. But this looks like a perfect accomodation for families with 2 or 3 kids. Thanks for showing us the Hyatt House Anaheim!
So nice to have tables in both sides of the bed! The room looks nice and spacious! That is a nice feature to be able to close off the main bedroom area from the kids. I agree, If the layout was reversed it would be really nice!

Nice, just stayed at the Best Western plus Park place across from the park, wasn't the biggest fan,but location was great, I've been curious about the Hyatt house considering I'm always looking at it when staying at the Wyndham.
cool room! love the layout with the bunk beds and the privacy door. does seem a bit dark. how is the outside noise from the window, is that facing Katella? we always look for hotels that include breakfast when traveling so looking forward to your hotel experience video. thanks for sharing ✨
How does the time it takes to walk to get into the parks compare with the Disneyland Hotel? As well as experience of the walk and overall experience? I assume DL Hotel in the bubble and Hyatt not. I am deciding on a hotel and those 2 among finalists. DL Hotel not at its most outrageous pricing when I am going (March) but can still get Hyatt view studio kitchen suite for half DL Hotel standard room. Seems unless in mid 70'ish or higher, which may be unlikely, probably too cool for me to fully enjoy DL Hotel pools.
