@@bdianes6339 CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE, an old Southern Living Recipe that I have used for years Setup: Grease and Flour a 10” Tube Pan or 12 cup Bunt pan Preheat oven to 325 degrees Ingredient’s: 1 1/2 cups butter at room temperature (1) 8oz package cream cheese at room temperature 3 cups granulated sugar 6 large eggs at room temperature 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 3 cups of good grade Plain/All Purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon salt Instructions: Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes until creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until yellow disappears. Add vanilla, mixing well. In a separate bowl add salt to flour Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture, beating at low speed just until blended after each addition. Pour batter into prepared pan and tap pan a few times on counter to remove air bubbles and even batter Bake: Place a 2 cup oven proof measuring cup filled with water on bottom rack under cake pan Place pan in oven in center of center rack Bake for 1 hour and 30 min NOTE: consider ovens are different, so start with 1 hour 20 min or until a wooden pick inserted into center to comes out clean Cool in pan on wire rack 10-15 minutes; remove from pan onto wire rack and allow to cool completely before transferring to serving dish…Enjoy💜 Happy Resurrection Day 🌷

did you mean Jello right the Jiggly type that is what I saw no one said lemon pudding cause it's 4:00 looks and tasts like a raw egg I could of made a homemade cake and would have been in bed if you want a moist cake make normal cake mix add milk instead off water 4 eggs and a small package of instant lemon pudding bake normal at 350 for 30 mins if you want to make a poke cake get another instant lemon pudding when it get cooked from the fridge pour it all over the top so it goes in the holes to and you can figure out how to make a life lemon whip cream of some sorts cause it's 6:48 am now and I have to make a real poke cake DON'T ANYONE FOLLOW THIS RECIPE UNLESS YOU WANT A CAKE MIX WITH EXTRA EGG AND A PIG OF LEMON JELLO STILL LUIQED POURED RIGHT INTO CAKE BATTER MIX AND BAKE CAME 1' HIGHT AND RAW EGG ON AND A BIT OF LEMON

Just put mine in the oven. I did add dollups of lemon pie filling without mixing it in, but did make sure that it sank beneath the batter.

I used lemon peel, sorta shredded up. and poured a little vodka over it and let it set and take on the lemon flavor.
