It's been the dark ages for at least a decade now. It won't get better either. Big companies of all types, not just fast food, just lose their original integrity in favor of trying to make an extra buck by any means possible.
As an employee, a few things to mention; when it says "spicy," it refers to the type of nugget used, so spicy honey bbq would be spicy nuggets with honey bbq sauce on them. If you're unsure of your Wendy's quality, avoid spicy nuggets. They're usually overlooked & left in the warmer too long, especially if the fryhand is inexperienced or doesn't care... The new sauces are expensive, and the nuggets are paired with a bleu cheese sauce, which also adds to the initial cost so they're more expensive for that reason. The app exclusive release of the saucy nuggz was a soft launch of the product so we could estimate how much extra product would need to order to cover the difference in sales. We do orders every week. Pro tip, go in the morning and order a medium seasoned potato & ask if they'll put it in a tray with parmesan garlic sauce.

My closest is hit or miss. Soggy tepid fries today with great spicy nuggets and decent ghost pepper nuggets. Only chocolate or triple berry frosty & they were out of chocolate and the berry was apparently fairly melted 🥴
Remember when they first reinvented their Dave's burger combo like a decade ago and those burgers were full of flavor. Now the same burgers taste like a generic tasteless blob of processed junk.
I stopped going to Wendy's when they stopped offering Mustard and Mustard Packets for their Burgers and Sandwiches. One of the dumbest CEO decisions of all time ! Pretty soon all you will be purchasing from Wendy's is an Imaginary Burger! And people will be stupid enough to still go there and pay money for nothing.
Pretty sure Wendy's did this back in 2008/2009. I was driving across the country, and I was addicted to Wendy's saucy nuggets. I think there were only two flavors, and one was chili-based. They packaged them in the same container. The quality seemed much higher back then. I wouldn't order these.
These are borderline a scam lol. They're regular nuggets except they put the sauce on for you and they charge you more for it. That's literally all this is.
To be fair they don’t usually carry any kind of bufflao sauce 😅 Which I never understood. Like they’re trying to be “different” and that somehow is a good thing. By excluding the most popular sauce flavor.
I bought these two days ago, when I saw they were just regular nuggets with sauce my disappointment was substantial. I should add that I got the ghost pepper. They were indeed quite dry and didn't taste great. I suspect they make them up in advance, and since the ghost pepper is probably a slower seller they've most likely been sitting for a while.
@@what_u_want I saw no advertising for them, or even a picture. Just a name on a menu. Saucy Nuggs. If they had been called Saucy Nuggets I would have assumed they were nuggets.
It’s ok I got these as well and I was also disappointed my honey BBQ nuggets were absolutely dry no sauce whatsoever and the taste of the chicken wasn’t there either idk maybe I got unlucky but when I saw these I was very excited like they could’ve been the best thing ever
The Wendy's in our area were so bad that the franchise owner abandoned them while they were still operating as usual and after 3 months the corporation found out and finally shut them down. The nearest one is now 45 mins away.
In my area, Wendy’s employees are just a small step above Arby’s employees with regard to people most disinterested in customers and loathe their jobs.
The problem with Wendy's is they keep changing their ingredients. Not sure if it's a supply chain thing or cost cutting but their chicken sandwiches haven't tasted the same for a few years, I don't care for their new fries and their burgers are different. Honestly the best stuff there is just the classic stuff like chili and baked potatoes with the add-ins. Oh and Frosty's obviously.
guess i had better luck with the spicy ghost pepper nugs... mine were crispy (maybe also a bit dry) & very spicy on the outside yet still soft & juicy on the inside. i thought they were very good
I had Wendy’s couple days ago after a few years of not going and I was very disappointed. I use to love Wendy’s, their spicy chicken sandwich was very good when I had it this time around it wasn’t good. I paid $27 for two combos and it wasn’t worth it.
Kid brought garlic parm ones into my last class of highschool ever and as soon as he walked in the door the smell hit me and I almost died. I never thought a good could smell so bad, honestly rotten milk smells better. He sat next to me and I had to give it to him straight. I told him his food reeked and I was “deadass gonna puke on you” he scarfed it down and went to the bathroom and rinsed his mouth out. He said even he couldn’t stand the smell and he’d never get them again. My last day of school ever will forever be marked by that horrid smell and it comes full circle with reviewbrah posting this video.
I too love those WoodWick Candles. They’re a heck of a lot better than these Makepeace Naturals Soy candles my daughters always have to sell for cheering.
My condolences to you for having to push inferior overpriced fundraiser candles. I have lots of nieces and nephews. I usually get bamboozled for popcorn. I just give ‘em a twenty and say put it direct to the cause and cut out the popcorn middle man.

Pretty sure Wendy's did this back in 2008/2009. I was driving across the country, and I was addicted to Wendy's saucy nuggets. I think there were only two flavors, and one was chili-based. They packaged them in the same container. The quality seemed much higher back then. I wouldn't order these.
Also, love the water chalice!
Yes. I worked there then. In my area they were not today’s nuggets. A much higher quality strip of chicken.
yes, I remember that, it was like, a spicy chili sauce, right? They were pretty good
These are borderline a scam lol.
Im thinking they would prepare them in advance then add the sauce to order. It just seems more efficient.
@@thebobloblawshow8832 It sure didn't look like they added the sauce later to me. It had already soaked in quite a bit. I could be wrong though
I work at Wendy's, they are not made in advance.
What exactly did you expect them to be? Of course they're regular nuggets. Smh how stupid.
@@what_u_want I saw no advertising for them, or even a picture. Just a name on a menu. Saucy Nuggs.
If they had been called Saucy Nuggets I would have assumed they were nuggets.
5:49 that eye contact game crazy 😭
Short answer, they fell off a cliff, like most every other fast-food place has done. The only question is, which will flame out the worst?
burger king closed 400 locations last year..subway has been doing the same. Jersey Mikes absolutely slays Subway
Damn reviewbrah, I must say those are some quality fine candles sir. I appreciate those very much.
"you wing some, you loose some" missed pun opportunity

😩😩😩
It’s ok I got these as well and I was also disappointed my honey BBQ nuggets were absolutely dry no sauce whatsoever and the taste of the chicken wasn’t there either idk maybe I got unlucky but when I saw these I was very excited like they could’ve been the best thing ever
Wendy's Saucy Nugg(et)s, Reviewbrah update:
"My disappointment is variable, and half my day is ruined".
Happy Monday! Always great to see a new review! Hopefully the next one will be up to par, enjoyable and with better customer service!😊❤
There isn’t a Wendy’s within a 50 mile radius of me that I would go to. The quality control and customer service is terrible at all of them.
customer service has gone to crap every where
Agreed! Wendy's nuggets used to be favorite, but the employees are such trash I stopped going over a decade ago.
Dr. Tongue: "Would you like thome more....nugget sauthe?" Woooi woooa, woooi, woooa
Early access to... FOOD?! What has this world come to.
NEVER pre-purchase LOL
I'll buy the ultimate digital nugg only.
My guy makes the sacrifice so we don't have to. Thank you review Bruh. I admire you my guy
Only good thing at Wendy's anymore is the breakfast baconator. Especially with the buy one get one for a buck coupon.
"Pull up to the first window. MOVE! MOVE! MOVE!"
The Wendy's in our area were so bad that the franchise owner abandoned them while they were still operating as usual and after 3 months the corporation found out and finally shut them down. The nearest one is now 45 mins away.
Love your reviews. Each one is a treat. Please never stop.
In my area, Wendy’s employees are just a small step above Arby’s employees with regard to people most disinterested in customers and loathe their jobs.
I tried the NEW Spicy Ghost Pepper Saucy Nuggets from the folks over at Wendy's for lunch yesterday but I'm glad you tried them.
yeah, they're ghosting you on the sauce
The problem with Wendy's is they keep changing their ingredients. Not sure if it's a supply chain thing or cost cutting but their chicken sandwiches haven't tasted the same for a few years, I don't care for their new fries and their burgers are different. Honestly the best stuff there is just the classic stuff like chili and baked potatoes with the add-ins. Oh and Frosty's obviously.
Your videos are a breath of fresh air, always enjoy watching
guess i had better luck with the spicy ghost pepper nugs... mine were crispy (maybe also a bit dry) & very spicy on the outside yet still soft & juicy on the inside. i thought they were very good
I had Wendy’s couple days ago after a few years of not going and I was very disappointed. I use to love Wendy’s, their spicy chicken sandwich was very good when I had it this time around it wasn’t good. I paid $27 for two combos and it wasn’t worth it.
$27 is beyond all logic
If I ever imagined a reptilian eating it would be this
Did you get a haircut this week? Those lines are razor perfect. ❤
Is that an original Van Gough in the background
Kid brought garlic parm ones into my last class of highschool ever and as soon as he walked in the door the smell hit me and I almost died. I never thought a good could smell so bad, honestly rotten milk smells better. He sat next to me and I had to give it to him straight. I told him his food reeked and I was “deadass gonna puke on you” he scarfed it down and went to the bathroom and rinsed his mouth out. He said even he couldn’t stand the smell and he’d never get them again. My last day of school ever will forever be marked by that horrid smell and it comes full circle with reviewbrah posting this video.
shine sweet freedom shine the light on me
Thank you for being so detailed with your food reviews.
Won't be long before they start closing down fast food restaurants like red lobster, Applebee's etc.
Someone on Instagram tried to gaslight me into thinking you were dead been waiting for this upload
Wendy's has been hot garbage for a long time. Charging more while giving less. It used to be good decades ago
Thank you sir, for your service.
One fast food restaurant needs to get Dino chicken nuggets to try out and offer.
Your thumbnail expression is absolutely hilarious! Lol!!!
Yay!!! A new video! 🥰
Thank you for the review!
The ghost pepper saucy nuggs are awesome, don’t believe him!
