It’s amazing how Jessica just glances over his dui as “he had a couple of beers” 🤦🏻♂️. Meanwhile the truth is that he was going 96mph in a 35mph and got arrested, then his campaign when he was running for congress lied and said he didn’t get a dui, it was his hearing from his service and he even drove himself to the precinct which was an absolute lie. Jessica is the absolute worst and I can’t believe the hill still has her on.

He is constantly embellishing main aspects of his life. And literally no one that has done IVF calls IUI the same thing at all. Walz's unit was deployed to Italy for base security....in Italy. Walz was a 31 year old teacher driving almost double the speed limit when he got his DUI, if he did that today it would have killed his military career.
I’ve had IUI and I call it IVF in conversation bc otherwise I’d have to explain the entire medical procedure. Maybe ask one of your many friends who’ve had IUI if they agree.

Maybe, Governor Walz hasn't bothered to study the absurd position of the Roman Catholic church because it is an absurb position. It only becomes dangerous when the Alabama legislature decides that discarding embryos is the same as causing an abortion and neither should be allowed. Maybe, the Alabama legislature's positon is going to help those who are in favour of choice though. Actually, Vance is just saying Walz lied. He's not saying that he agrees with the Alabama legislature. In any case, Gov Walz is saying that fertility treatments have helped a lot of people and so have abortions so why not let the decision be one made by a person's doctor, the person, and, of course, the insurance company.

However, has said too many times that he did serve in Country during the war not the time when he was talking about guns there are hundreds of different times on C-SPAN and other channels recorded of him saying he was in actual combat . Let's be real about how much "training" he was providing. He was National Guard who was doing 30 days a year in uniform. How much exactly was he teaching to active duty guys who are doing the same job full-time. The guy was doing admin work. He wasn't training anyone.
Jessica it doesnt matter if he was a combat soldier. An IED dossnt care if youre a combat soldier or a non combat soldier. Vance went, he was there and he still had the potential risk of being blown up. The dem vp candidate got to hang out in italy...not exactly the same thing.
I just laugh when Jessica brings up "the front lines" in Iraq. Where were these front lines?
Some soldiers never left the base. They weren't allowed to leave the base. One Canadian civilian in Afghanistan said he was allowed to leave the base if he took furniture to a school. He was glad to get off he base that he did the job. You need special circumstances to get off the base because you could be killed at any moment. I think both men served their country. Why the issue?

@@dinkster1729there is a difference between being deployed at a base in an active war zone vs a base in a non-active war zone. You are not likely to be in any harm when stationed at a base in Italy, and then to retire before your unit is to go out into a combat area, that is the difference.

My wife was ALSO a journalist with the army in Afghanistan and it was certainly a very important form of service!! She talked to hundreds of soldiers and often was the person getting messages back to their families. She also was almost killed in a coffee shop cornered in a bathroom by opposition forces. Don’t knock that as a very important and dangerous role to be in.

The first thing I learned in literally Economics 101 was that whatever you tax, there is less of.
And to touch on the hurricane/disaster relief price inflations, that's supply and demand. It becomes near impossible to get these supplies in, the demand is high, and so the price is high. If the price is not allowed to be high then no one is going to bring these supplies into these disaster areas because they will be losing money by doing so. Or they will be selling supplies that they may need themselves for a price that isn't worth what they now feel the value is.
Price controls on act to smother the market.

He also wants us to think of the anxiety these people experience because one or both of them are infertile.

Jessica seemed to lack real life experience, especially shortage during emergencies due to price gorging laws. Not that I want to pay more, but it does help keep products on the shelves because people will not buy up in an emergency. Ie, toilet paper during lockdown and seeing people sitting on a throne of toilet paper. The only that that help was stores restricting products per person. Downside, in home daycare hard a hard time stocking up on supplies.
I love how Jessica resorts to my guy was higher rank than the other guy, therefore he is more valid. Arguments like this really bring out the pettiness in people. How about another exaggeration from Walz: "The Harris campaign website salutes Walz for rising to the rank of Command Sergeant Major. Walz did rise to that rank, but he retired as a master sergeant because he had not completed the requirements of a command sergeant major."

There are a dozen videos where Walz allowed people to believe he was a Command Sargent Major with combat experience in Iraq, when he turned down the required promotion training so he would not have to go to war. He was more or less an E8 in charge of reservist gate guards in Italy.
