L.❤V. E. this, Brian! The color palette is fantastic, the lacing is incredible, and you nailed the composition. I was cringing as you dragged the cup through all the beautiful baby cells, but it turned out in the end. A success indeed. Cheers!
Actually Brian I just made a comment on the music, and I need to just clarify a little bit. Instrumentals are fine, the vocals are distracting for me. Perhaps they tend to take the attention off what you're doing, which is so magnificent. Instrumentals have different effect than vocals. Just to clarify. Thank you for accepting this comment.😊
Love the mood of this and the suprizing colors. 🎶☔🌬️ Also, fo you keep the paints in a similar consistancy ? Was this mollys recipie with just the US flotrol swap😅
Thank you Patricia. I’m going to give an in-depth instruction on Sundays video. There’s no secret ingredients. Just paint, American Floetrol, Liquitex gloss medium and water.
Just recently discovered your channel. I absolutely love what you're doing and your explanations. However, the music is so intrusive, I have to turn it down and then try to guess where you're talking again to turn it up. Your work is astounding, your knowledge and explanations are stellar and that is what I really want to experience with your channel. I'm not here to be entertained. I'm here to appreciate your incredible artistry. I subscribed to Nate's bright art a while back, but the music was so nauseating, I couldn't go back and put up with it. Perhaps your loves to experience the music you're choosing, and if that is the case then by all means I am in a minority. But I thought I would actually just tell you this in hopes it can be of service to you. I so want to watch so many of your videos. Truly sending you so much respect and admiration.
Thank you so much for the feedback and sorry you find the music intrusive. I always ensure the music volume is on the lower side. It's possible the song is louder than normal. For me with my videos you'll find if the music is higher then I'm not talking when it's super low is where i"m talking. My music level options goes from 1-100. I never take any of my music over 10 and even that is rare. I don't do voice over work on my videos so all my talking is live. Sometimes I'm concentrating so much that I forget to talk but I usually will explain after the pour. As for my friend Nate, he's such a great artist. I hope you give him another shot at his videos. He kinda follows the same path as me as he's not talking when his music is on a higher level. I hope we don't lose you as a fan and subscriber but I do understand you have to watch what gives you the most. I'll be keeping music volumes in the back of my mind moving forward. :)
@@Studio15Acrylics thank you for such a wonderful response. It's not actually the music it's the vocals. When the vocals are there, That is what can be a diversion because it's communication and I think it takes away from the artistic beauty you are creating. Music itself is beautiful and adds so much. I'm a composer, and I've performed on three continents, but interestingly enough, as a singer and musician LOL. Probably why I tend to be a bit more sensitive. And it's not the volume of your music. Anyway thank you for your consideration in responding. I will certainly look at a lot more of your videos, the ones without the vocals LOL.
Hi! I recently started open cups and I do not get any cells at all. So I wanted to ask about your pouring medium. Is it the US floetrol? I use Owatrol (European floetrol) which is known to be the least cell activating floetrol but still... I'm a bit surprised to not get any cells.
I use US Floetrol. Try thinning your paints down a bit more. Open Cups give cells just with the techniqiue by itself. Thin you paints down to Dutch Pour consistency or just a bit thicker but not much.
@@Studio15Acrylics Thanks for the reply! I was using thinner paints than usual already but not thin like compared to what see on RUclips 😅 I'll try to go for superthin. Thanks for the tip. Love your channel btw, like your art!
Hi there. I’m not doing anything special to get the cells. With this type of pour, the cell form because with each pour of color, the paint is pushing out the previous. The churning is creating the cells.
It’s the churning of the paints. The white goes down first. Then all the colors are added 1 at a time. Each color added is pushing down into the white and churning with each added color and surfacing. I’ve got another video coming Sunday. I’ll make sure it’s explained and close ups are shown.
I love that, a favourite colour combo of mine! Thanks 😃

Brian, how do you get cells please
Hi there. I’m not doing anything special to get the cells. With this type of pour, the cell form because with each pour of color, the paint is pushing out the previous. The churning is creating the cells.
Where do you get your Amsterdam paint?
Jerry's
So what is causing the cells? If you haven’t added anything to it, please let me know.

Not impressive...sorry..
No need to be sorry. Just keep scrolling 😂😂😂
