On the original record, George actually uses his 1961 Fender Stratocaster for this song. This guy used a Fender Stratocaster, just like the original record. It indeed is perfect.

This really showcases the incredibly tasteful and thoughtful phrasing of George Harrison. He was far more skilled than he’s given credit for because he always served the song in such an understated way. Same with all four Beatles: the whole was infinitely greater than the sum of its parts.

Yessir.. All Things Must Pass might be my second or third favorite album ever and it's a really amazing showcase of everything George could do. Strum lightly or with heavy rhythm, play a variety of styles like Blues, Folk, Rock, Country, and of course his smooth ass licks and solos. What a legend. my favorite beatle just slightly over Paul.
Indeed. What made The Beatles so great was the sum of its parts. The individual members all had decent solo careers, but apart from George's All Things Must Pass (by far the strongest release by any member post-Beatles), there is not an album of the individual members which even comes close to their least impressive efforts as a group. Paul was the musically versatile, John the best lyricist, George something in between, Ringo the drummer. They needed each other to thrive.
Well it’s not that much of a cocky title to be honest it would be more cocky if he was like hey everyone look at me you know pulling more attention to himself which saying the word perfect kind of lacks that attention at least in my opinion
I’m a huge beatles fan and audio engineer. This is not perfect. Tons of Subtle off tempo hits. Pretty good, but calling it perfect is just ridiculous. That’s like saying your as good as the Beatles, which is factually impossible. Not to mention the production of Beatles tracks is near impossible to replicate. Did not enjoy this.

It shows how much work goes into a song. Even on a song a lot of people thought was just filler. Not me Ringo was always my favorite so I’ve loved this song for 45 years. You guys played it wonderful totally captured the flow.

Hard core Beatles fan, but I was never crazy about this Ringo tune until recently, when I noticed the (bottom of screen) guitar playing throughout the song. Just exquisite use of chord picking. Now that's all I can hear when the song plays. Hardly the most difficult playing, but pure George and pure beautiful.

If you listen to John’s isolated track, there is a lot being left out. This was really good regardless.
