The ECOFIVE trawler - catch solution explained

The factory trawler ECOFIVE has been awarded due to its ground-breaking technology with several innovations for a greener fishing fleet. The catch will flow in below the waterline and be kept alive in water-filled tanks to keep quality high. All residual raw materials will be used. The hybrid propulsion system and energy efficiency measures will provide a reduction in fuel consumption and emissions. The fishing vessel has been developed by Ulstein Design & Solutions in close cooperation with the ship owner Bluewild.
