Best relationships are need based relationships. Since many men and women don't need each other, there is no point in a committed relationship. We can call it higher standards, but it's really about needs. In the past, women needed a man to provide so she can focus on the children. Didn't mean she never worked or made money (that's always been the case for black women by the way), but when things came down to children women focused on that. Men on the other hand needed to be needed and affirmed (still do), plus someone raising children. This is not just about women, but overall. The big reason why female group participation (social groups, sororities, etc) are higher than men groups is the fact that men stay involved when needed and quit otherwise. If a man has no purpose, he quits and since women can do what men can do men are not needed and don't need those women. The real question isn't standards, but do you really need a relationship and why. I would say for most people, their lifestyle only supports casual sex, and that's men AND women. So many, MANY women aren’t and never were about that. It’s sad and insulting when men put women in a stereotypical box. 📦
Right over your head. “Stereotypical box” the entire bases of this show and dating is predicated on generalization (men tend to move in a certain way and so do woman) what’s insulting about a truth that’s right more time than it’s not if it doesn’t apply to self then let it be. For a period of time money was enough for some woman and till this day for some it still is regardless of the other lacking traits that would be sought after money was at the least a held foot in the door you could get somebody and today still can. Some men as long as they got some they didn’t care about anything else. Again why be insulted?

You’re like those republicans who think climate change isn’t real because it snows where you live. Just because it’s not your lived experience, doesn’t mean it’s no one else’s.
The wealthiest men got most of the attention from women. That is an undeniable fact. Plus, research data from the online dating apps shows how many of the women on these apps have stated preferences for how much they expect their future partner to make in income. Also, modern research shows that there hasn't been a decrease in how many women expect their partner to make more than them.
It's so frustrating to me watching women just lie and lie and lie without shame. Stop lying, get off your high horse, and get down in the mud with us men where you belong.
Finally, with how much women will generalize and stereotype men in the worst ways possible without social consequence (and men get ridiculed if they take issue with it), I don't wanna hear a damn thing from any women when they get stereotyped in negative ways.
So now we all standing at the effin table unwilling to concede or compromise bc of what we bring to the table and expect the other person to bring. Now what?...
