That this is a lesser known Chopin work speaks to what a brilliant composer he was. So atmospheric, sweeping, haunting... That second movement is breathtaking.

The last movement shows a Mazurka. And is in my opinion the strongest part of the work. And the best work Chopin created for solo and orchestra.Great!! Another work for solo and orchestra was that Krakowiak op 14. Great introduction and Rondo, but any further a hodgepodge. in the "reprise".
His concerto's ...yeah...not so much concerto's in the real sense of the word. The insider knows, what I am talking about here.(orchestral lags etc)
The concerto op- 21 was said to be technically the easiest.! WRONG.!
In the last movement it has technical points, not to be masterend by most of the solo performers.(that thema voice in the left hand)
Anyhow...mastering or not....Chopin showed his brilliance here(most with his triplets)

@@kevinhuang8916 really 18 ?? Well..certainly not to be ruled out.Because of his brilliance. And just that youthful brilliance undermined the classics. But at a later stage....his preludes.... in addition shows other capacities.

Check Laura i Filon by Mazowsze or Anna Maria Jopek. It's a song which Chopin used in this piece.

Hello, how are you? I wanted to ask if you could pass the partiture of Fantasia on Polish Airs, Op 13. I saw that in the video and I can not get it anywhere. I apologize for my English, blame the Google translator haha. From already thank you very much.
