The thing I love about folks like these is the commitment to discipline. No matter great a body a person has been gifted with, fitness at this level requires commitment and discipline. These are character traits that everybody, regardless of their pursuit, should strive for.

And do different variations like diamond, wide, etc.You will still get better strength and chest benefits of the training.

I don't know the guy personally, so maybe he is, and maybe you're correct, but my first assessment isn't that the guy is taking drugs or shortcuts to be extremely...no, supremely fit, but it certainly looks like he's putting in the work. I wonder what would happen to any of us that would work out at that level, even if we are not doing what he is. Just a perspective. Also not certain how you factor his movements as useless. So, let's take an average laborer, who works at, say Fed Ex loading trucks. Well, once he's been at it for a while his or her overall strength, muscle endurance, and overall health will improve dramatically depending on how long or how intensely this person is filling trucks...and of course depending on whatever else they are doing healthwise in life. That said, I cannot agree with you that any movements I've seen on his videos as useless. I'm bout to go get a workout in right quick. Laterz.

To elaborate, I did acknowledge the athletes for their effort and fitness. Motivation is good, but this kind of video gives false expectations on how much they can achieve as a natural athlete, leading them to body dismorphia. This video also misguides people about how you should work out to get good results. Ask any body builder with minimum experience and they will tell you that most of the workouts here are for show. If anyone, especially people who are new to fitness try these workouts they will either get seriously injured or blame themselves for not being enough. Even if they somehow follow these workouts the results would be terrible compared to what you can achieve through a properly implemented workout program.

But it dam sure motivated me MORE to step it up a gear!!!
I workout every say 30-45 mins depending on which body part but the main thing is do it properly & your body will know!!
Fitness as a whole is Excellent for the MIND, BODY & SOUL!!!!!!..Period
