My immediate thought on that study was whether or not they considered caffeine intake and its effects on the heart when people (especially women) consume it on an empty stomach.
I ruined my health by fasting for 20 hours a day, obsessing over food etc. Broke my metabolism essentially. I've taken a couple months now of eating more than I ever have, still very clean, with extra fruit, veg and adrenal cocktails added and focusing on not overfeeding on protein (max 100g with added gelatine every day). I gained 6kgs, and then last week decided that I was not going to diet but would instead consolidate all food throughout the day into just 3 meals (snacks become "dessert") and have a tbsp blackseed oil in the morning before I start my day. Weight started coming off nearly immediately without me needing to starve myself. I stop eating at 6pm and try to get to about 2200 calories every day (instead of the 1400 I had been living on for years)❤
Beautiful advice, they need to more specific with that study. Sun up and sun down eating is quite alright. And given that it’s Fox News I REALLY don’t want to listen to it
i think many nutrition routines/tips are great, but knowing what works for YOU really is the secret, & nobody else can know it but you. human design helps you tap into your the knowledge stored in your body to make correct decisions about your food intake (but not only that!)

Great analogy!
I absolutely live the last tip! That alone can make a world of difference in how your body receives your food.

❤ Love your advises!
God tells us to fast ❤❤
Yes but usually just for certain festivals or intense prayer...
لدي مثل شامتك وفي نفس المكان ❤
if anyone else would like to study further the link between food & your body's intuition, i suggest studying human design, specifically digestion :)
