If I remember correctly, Drago, Garganoid and Hydranoid are the first bakugan that came from Legacy series with their names, then in S2 we got Cycloid, then in S4 we got Leonidas and Neo Dragonoid
Y'know I haven't watched any of the new Bakugan shit, mainly cause I don't really care about the franchise compared to when I was a kid, but man this looks really good. Nice designs and good animations.
Lots of people say the designs in the reboot are bad, well the people who said that probably didn’t continue watching it after Battle Planet because the Bakugan designs from Geogan rising - onward GO HARD
My opinion of Reboot is pretty average. The animation is without a doubt better than the OG, but it's definitely not as good and lovable as the Original. The 3D animation of the Bakugans is cool, but poorly executed, it was weird for me, idk. I hope Reboot and OG fans understand each other and don't fight over the opening of one being shit, or the animation of the other being bad. We all have our likes and our opinions, So let's be respectful..... But it's undeniable that the original anime is much better - just kidding, kidding
That isn't much of a hot take. Battle Brawlers simply has better characters and story. I am still questioning why they went with robots for the reboot. Heck maybe the two depictions has been fighting each other the entire time and we never knew.
If i have to be honest, i prefer the throws and stands from the other seasons. At least there it shows the actual toy. Here is just throwing it and nothing more. Is not exciting.
Probably because they wanted it to make it more accurate to a hydra, which is an aquatic monster. Still, they really did a dirty job with Hydranoid. I've hear his Darkus version is the worst Hydranoid in the tcg

Honestly. Why couldn't they have just called nillious hydranoid. And hydranoid exedra. It wouldn't be mythology accurate but it would still be better than not referencing legacy.
How do you somehow make the animation looks amazing but also horrible at the same time. I never watched any of these. Why... why are they CGI.... and why are they... based off real animals so drastically. Like obviously it had that before but much more tasteful. The animation of the characters (humans) looks 10x better tbh. Everything Bakugan related went down. I find it funny how the characters are younger but MC (is he called dan) had such a deep voice. Is this transformers? Overall sad :( Edit: Did... the dog just throw a Bakugan....

There isn't much fight between Legacy and Reboot. We all agree that Legacy has better anime while Reboot has better toy line

This version of Bakugan just reuses character and bakugan names while not being nearly as good as the original
