If question comes that describe different modes of winding up of a company, as per the Companies Act, 2013, then we have to write about the winding up by the tribunal only. We don't have to write about voluntary winding up. Am I correct sir? I am asking this question because I am a law student and this question comes almost every year.

Ham yahi chahte hai ki teachers overall sections ko clarify kare, beacuse line by line to ham khud bhi read kar sakte hai.
Teachers are required to make a thorough conversation over the topic rather than making student to cram the topic. Sir did a thorough conversation. 👌

But sir in ICAI study material, they have solved questions of Sec 326 by dividing the available amount between workmen and secured creditors in equal proportion, rather than paying the workmen dues first in entirety. Please clarify what we have to do in exam sir.
