I've cleared my 1st grp of inter. In may'24 and appearing for 2nd grp in this sept'24. If i complete my both trainings before 31st oct and will get registered for articleship after the exam results. i.e. 15th nov. If i get registered with one month of back date which shows i have started my articleship before result but getting registration after result. So is it possible by any chance that i will eligible for may'27 for CA final exams.
If any company issued shared to other companies then the company which issued the share considered to be a holding company or subsidiary company and also tell me that can private limited company subscribe anybody's shares (outsiders) as it does not allowed to issue its shares to outsiders?

@@Anirudh-wu2xv bro maine answers with important points and highlight bhi kiya tha , but icai ne pata nai kyu muje fail kardia, maine same tarike se answer likha tha jese video mai dikha rahe hai wese , aur toh aur maine sare answers 2 pages keah likhe hai minimum and maximum 3 pages keah
