Confused between apache rtr 310 and duke 250 plz help ...
The Duke might be a better choice if you're prioritizing affordability. It comes in at a lower price point compared to the Apache.
It's worth noting that some riders find the Apache to have a bit more vibration, which can affect comfort & experience.
Can you let us know if there is any issue without factory fitted bash plate on the Duke 250?
I test rode the Duke and liked it very much.
But I also checked the Adv 250 which is a little difficult because i need to learn how to ride it still but has some protection with the bash plate.
I am only worried if the engine casing will get some damage if we ride in places with lot of stones not very good roads
Riding a Duke 250 without a bash plate is fine for smooth roads, but for rocky terrain, it exposes the engine to damage. Although, the ground clearance is good enough for most Indian roads.
Aftermarket bash plates offer protection without adding much weight. Consider your riding style - if you like adventure riding, an aftermarket bash plate is a good idea.
The Adv 250's might be worth another test ride if you're planning a lot of off-roading.

I will not be doing much off roading, it will be some long distance travel. The Adv 250 has a very nice commanding position.
I come from a 100cc motorcycle so either of them will be a learning curve for me!
Could you suggest any after market bash plate options? I suppose they aren't yet available for the newer Dukes
Ktm 250 or dominar 400
Duke for Better stability and Handling. D400 for more torque and relaxed riding.
