Showroom chalane wala bekar, company and bike ki kya galti hai. Ye to wahi lombdi ki angoor khatte hai wali baat hogayi.
Ingine ka isshu nhi hai ye senor aur software and varying isshu hota
Mai khud gya tha 300r ke test ride ke lie mna kar die the bola ki aap refundable booking amount daalo fir aapko test ride denge, maine bola ye pehli test ride nhi le rha hu. Unka reply sir agar gaadi damage hui to ride pe.Maine kaha test ride ki bike pe insurance hota hai, bhai lad pade bola agar test ride chaiye to aap booking token pay karo fir le jao aur maine limit pucha to bole 3-4 kms. Bhai suzuki le lunga japanese ke naam honda nhi lunga.
If one Honda showroom gives you bad experience and you call Honda is bad and overpriced then there is no difference in between calling you a chapri because some of the ktm owners are chapri. Honda is putting a premium for their everlasting engine and its reliability but ktm bajaj bois wont understand it.

Himalayan 450 or Duke 250 or Duke 390. I'm a software engineer and budget isn't an issue for me. I'll be using bike for 3 days a week office and alternate weekend for small to medium long ride(100-350kms) and sometimes long ride like 500+ kms. Which one I should consider and why? I've been riding Ronin so far and I'm not liking it for long ride, for city it's awesome. PS: my height is 180 cms but my lower torso is small and it's like 5'8"
Why are you not considering Triumph Speed 400 ?
ADV 390 is also a good option for touring purpose. I would suggest taking test ride of ADV 390 and Himalayan 450. Avoid Duke 250 if budget is not a problem and upgrading from Ronin.

The seat is quite hard for both. But it’s manageable. You’ve to take small breaks for every 100kms on highway.

I suggest you to go for Duke 250. It's way sportier and sharp handler if you like sporty riding.

The bike has good power and is enjoyable to drive. However, traction control isn't necessary as wheel spin is highly unlikely. I hope this clarifies things.

Go for ADV 250. Duke 250 seat is not comfortable for long rides, good for city rides though.
Expect mileage around 25-30 kmpl.

Bhai engine cold start ka subko issue hai. Abhi 2 idling ka sensor change hua hai mera warranty me. Kuch hua nahi buss thoda power aacha aa raha hai. Abhi iss week throttle body change karne wale hai toh hopefully sub theek ho jayee.

The choice depends on your priorities. For a relaxed ride and classic RE charm, the Meteor is perfect. If performance and sporty handling are your focus, the Duke 250 or 390 (depending on your budget) is ideal for exploring and pushing your limits. Ultimately, a test ride on both bikes is highly recommended. The Duke is also a good fit for shorter riders.

I’m getting around 30-32kmpl based on the usage and it’s obvious to drop mileage if you’re revving high. In my case, Chain’s not producing any noise.

Price to performance duke250 bhi nahi hai uske range mai speed400, rtr310 jaise performance bikes hai😅.
Speed 400 is a good option but not RTR 310. RTR is way too much expensive and engine is also not refined well.
@@baldandbiker maybe rtr engine is not refined but standard variant comes in same price range and yet powerful with lot of features. I also own gen-3 duke but it's a least value for money bike in price range.

@@baldandbiker one more thing duke 250 is not having more learning curve like it's bigger sibling 390 with time it's get dull, used to, less interesting feels need to upgrade with 390 for better learning. That's the real "pocket rocket" fun machine in ktm india line-up in today's time😄.
