Hi, it all depends what class you are looking at starting. You can look at second hand engines and karts on eBay, Facebook etc.. if you are completely unsure what class to race in you could go to your local track on a race weekend and have a talk to people to see if you can get some information on what class would suit you and your budget! If you were to race in a MS UK series you would have to get a MS UK licence. Sorry for the very late reply!

Revving to around 19/20,000rpm, HP I’m not sure about as varies from engine to engine!
