처음 유아식할 때 순한맛 카레에 닭가슴살, 야채들 다져서 카레라이스 먹이기도 했고, 간 소고기 다진 것에 야채들 다져서 불고기 삼삼하게 만들어서 비벼서 자주 먹였어요.
병어조림을 삼삼하게 해서 먹이기도 했구요.
계란찜에 연두부를 작게 썰어서 넣은 후 주기도 했어요.

12개월 2일 맘이구요~ 닭안심이나 닭다리살 잘게 잘라 당근 다진것과 볶는데 요때 배도라지즙(설탕대신) 좀 넣구 간장 사알짝 새끼손톱 4분의 1 넣었더니 다먹었어요ㅎㅎ 당근이 엄청 인기였네요
