when I started watching I didn't love the on course portions, then they took them away for awhile and I missed the hell out of them! haha... Jon and Ashley! what a channel!
Good to see you going for more persimmons! The MacGregors are persimmon and date from 1967 with aluminium "impact weight" inserts and stiff shafts (that is what the 1 refers to in MT1W) Not all persimmons are stamped Oil Hardened - MacGregor used that in the late 40's / 50's and resurrected it in the '80's. In the 60's it was usually just the model number stamped in the toe. You need to play persimmon more - much more fun / satisfying that modern gear!
Wow, lot of great shots. I love that 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers pic you got. Jackie Robinson is in the back row, Pee Wee Reese is in the front row, and Sandy Koufax is in the second row. That picture is just a couple years older than me. C ya next time
Hey guys! Another fun video with interesting buys. Ashley makes a move to become worlds greatest chipper! Always a great time when you take us along on your adventures! Love the channel.
Really cool video this time around. I really like it when you do a small on course session with the clubs to end the video, make it even more fun to watch. Thanks for supplying us with an endless stream of interesting clubs and other things!
Great video. Rick Shiels shouted you guys out in one of his recent videos and talked about how much he loves the channel. Keep bringing the great videos.
Looking forward to a video of you playing a round of golf. We can tell from the driving rain shot tracers that Ashley is just crushing it these days. Would love to see it on the course.
Ashley, you are hitting the ball so good! I think it's about time for another Course Vlog. I bet you would beat the score of your last vlog. Look forward to seeing play again. John , I think you can hit any club you pick up. Love watching you guys and your adventures on and off the course.
Daiwa was one of the first companies to use graphite in shafts, and they even had graphite heads. Tiger Woods used Daiwa irons when he was in the youth circuit. Daiwa made some AWESOME bags that they partnered with Coach (yep the purse company) to make.
Love your videos! Your so lucky to be in Florida to have all the resources to find great deals. Not so much here in Pennsylvania. I watched the Rick Shiels St. Andrews pick today. It was really cool that you got the mention on the video. Keep up the great videos! Happy hunting!
yea your right i was waiting right up to the end for you to hit that Diawa driver and I'd thought you would of hit it better oh well next time lol, it's also nice to see Ashley constantly getting better
I have 4 Hogan persimmon woods from the 60's I refinished wayyyy back in 1990. I was even lucky enough to find the decals for them at the time. I never played them after refinishing them, they look too cool! 😎
I tried the loaded chicken flatbread tacos because of your review. Indeed, BOMBTASTIC! Thanks for the recommendation on something unrelated to the content. Love the channel, keep up the good work.
Jon "Free tacos!" Gotta love it!! Maybe with the Diawa you guys need to put a couple of fishing rod eyes and a little real on it. It looks like it prefers to make fish food of golf balls lol! 🤣 Thank you guys for the videos and sharing the knowledge. I have started buying and refurbishing golf clubs. I am making full sets and selling them. I do have a question for you and Jon. What drivers and shafts have you guys found that are not the best to get?
@@StackedGolf And just watched Rick's videos, you can teach him LOTS about how to thrift golf clubs - but he sure gamed those older clubs too. Go ahead and invite him to visit Central Florida, challenge him to 2 days of golf, 18 holes a day. Both would get A LOT of views online. And some free time to show him some thrifting first hand!
Love your videos. If you ever come across a nice set of Gene Sarazen Wilson Crest irons, the ones with the crest logo on them, please let me know. That was my first set given to me by my grandfather and when I got my Pings, I foolishly sold them along with the vintage Burton bag.
Another great video, should have picked that Super Eye-O-Matic persimmon at the last thrift shop. Mac Gregor persimmons are the gold standard. Looked like it was in great shape also.
I went to 3 Goodwills today, trying to do what you do. The last goodwill I got to, would randomly put 9-12 clubs in a bag and only sold them as sets between $5-10. There was only one club I wanted which was a Wilson FG tour 54* wedge in very nice condition. I bought the set it was in and then when I left, I took all the other clubs to back and donated right back.
Man! Would love to run across that Dodgers pic. One of my kids' favorite teams and Jackie is his favorite player. A World Series year is just icing on the cake! Let me know if you decide to sell it :) :) :)
Do you guys do requests? I saw the bins of clubs at the giant flea market and am looking for an 8 iron to fill my set of PGA Ryder Cup irons. I lost it years ago, but would love to find a replacement - we just don't have that kind of volume up here in Virginia. Love the channel and watching you guys!
WOW cant believe you guys are almost at 85k on your way to 100k and the 1st annual stacked golf tournament maybe at 100k and to think I was like number 100 sub. Best golfing couple on youtube.
Ashley is a genius! Daiwa made the best graphite shafted clubs back in the 80's and 90's because they were so good at making fishing rods. They were way ahead of the times.
What do you personally think of the Ben Hogan radials if you had them. just asking. Because you found those at the shop every time. mostly singles. Also i got some project x rifle parallel shafts 7.0 for 3 to pitching wedge. and I'm going to the PGA super store to install them tomorrow. with the same grips.🔥
It's just really nice to see commerce in the form of bartering with cash and carry being conducted. I would wager that 90% of the college freshman economic students starting classes this month have never conducted a transaction in this manner. Let's hope cash never goes away and that people can always conduct face to face business in the manner that your channel showcases. Diawa jumped into golf when graphite shafts became an option because they had the fishing rod production line. They also targeted game improvement and seniors very much the same way XXIO is doing currently.
Hi There, love your channel, I live in Canada and for some reason I can't find a Nice Ben Hogan Golf Bag in great shape, i seen you pick up a couple of nice ones but never saw them on e-bay. Do you still have them? if you do, are you selling them? please let me know, thank you, Sergio
"...its in the water...", "That's because it's a fishing rod." That's gold, Ashley! GOLD!
Haha I couldn’t resist saying that one 🎣👍🤣
I was thinking you said it the first hole and I missed it. Then I saw the last shot and it was gold!!! 🥇
I love when you guys show course content with the clubs you find. Would love to see more of it.
Yep its the best when they play after buying clubs .its a crusher when they dont lol
Absolutely, i understand that is hard to do it every time, and the range is a faster option. But on the actual course is a very different vibe.
when I started watching I didn't love the on course portions, then they took them away for awhile and I missed the hell out of them! haha... Jon and Ashley! what a channel!
I agree. I wish we got more golf but it seems like now it's 80% hunting when in the beginning we had more course action.
You know its a good evening when stacked golf release a video! Some great finds again I have to admit. Great video.
That was a fun day at the flea markets 👍
You two crack me up. Just love the videos! Thanks for all that you do! You two are absolutely amazing together.
Thank you! Glad you like the videos 😊
I’ve had a drizzle stick for years and love it!
The name still gets me but it seems super nice and not bulky like most golf umbrellas 👍
“Oooooh, you can win free tacos.” John, your excitement was palpable. 🤣😂🤣
Good to see you going for more persimmons! Ashley delivering comedy gold!! 😂
Thanks! 🤣
Looks like a fun day enjoyed the video guys . Ashley is getting better every week.
Wow, lot of great shots. I love that 1955 Brooklyn Dodgers pic you got. Jackie Robinson is in the back row, Pee Wee Reese is in the front row, and Sandy Koufax is in the second row. That picture is just a couple years older than me. C ya next time
That was a really cool find! 🧢⚾️
It is really relaxing having a cup of coffee and watching them on a course having fun. By the way, that course looked pretty decent.
Hey guys! Another fun video with interesting buys. Ashley makes a move to become worlds greatest chipper! Always a great time when you take us along on your adventures! Love the channel.
Going over the tree. Priceless. Nice video guys. Keep it up. You are killing it!
The course vlogs after the club score is a must! Long live the course vlogs!
Thanks Sean and will do!
Looking forward to a video of you playing a round of golf. We can tell from the driving rain shot tracers that Ashley is just crushing it these days. Would love to see it on the course.
had a great day golfing today, eagled a par 4 with a 100 chip in then got to end the day with your video...absolutely prefect
i've missed the fast food, new food reviews, thanks
And back on the course thanks thanks. When is Ash gonna challenge the sand box again?
Ashley, you are hitting the ball so good! I think it's about time for another Course Vlog. I bet you would beat the score of your last vlog. Look forward to seeing play again. John , I think you can hit any club you pick up. Love watching you guys and your adventures on and off the course.
Love your videos guys ! Think Rick Sheils was using a similar putter in his video when he shouted out to you guys! Sure you got a better deal! 😁
Daiwa was one of the first companies to use graphite in shafts, and they even had graphite heads. Tiger Woods used Daiwa irons when he was in the youth circuit. Daiwa made some AWESOME bags that they partnered with Coach (yep the purse company) to make.
Now that is an unexpected collab!
You guys are funny! Love watching, hope you’re having fun too
Love your videos! Your so lucky to be in Florida to have all the resources to find great deals. Not so much here in Pennsylvania. I watched the Rick Shiels St. Andrews pick today. It was really cool that you got the mention on the video. Keep up the great videos! Happy hunting!
Thanks Tim!
That gold putter in the last place looked very cool!
I truly enjoy it when y'all actually take the clubs you buy to the course.
Great round and great channel, from Merida Mexico!!!
I love when you guys play golf. John you really do have game and Ashley you are getting game. Keep up the great work.
yea your right i was waiting right up to the end for you to hit that Diawa driver and I'd thought you would of hit it better oh well next time lol, it's also nice to see Ashley constantly getting better
Thanks Marty! I still convinced it’s a fishing rod 🎣🤣
Great video , first video in a while Ashley didn’t do her wave at the end
Thanks Dustin! I didn’t want to cover the shot. Here’s a virtual wave 👋👍😁
Love it when they take the club's to the course. Been here since the golf ball review days.
Love the great content keep it up! Always puts a smile on my face every video!!😁⛳️🏌🏻
Thanks and will do!😁
Thanks guys a good one for sure enjoyed it keep crushing em Ashley
I love the Cleveland Launcher drivers... My son and I hit them well...
Nice. I’ve played there at Crane Lakes a few years ago. Had a blast ⛳️
It is a super fun course ⛳️🏌️♀️👍
I've tried it a couple of times but it cost me too much from hitting balls into all that water!!
Love seeing you back on the course!
I was literally there this Saturday before heading to the PGA Superstore in Orlando! I live right in Cocoa Beach! Love the content, keep it up!
Love seeing you guys get a shout out on the last Rick Sheils video!!
I have 4 Hogan persimmon woods from the 60's I refinished wayyyy back in 1990. I was even lucky enough to find the decals for them at the time. I never played them after refinishing them, they look too cool! 😎
Great video. Excellent finds too. Keep up the good work.
Thanks Claude!
WOw, love the gold-plated putter you passed on.
I tried the loaded chicken flatbread tacos because of your review.
Indeed, BOMBTASTIC!
Thanks for the recommendation on something unrelated to the content. Love the channel, keep up the good work.
Jon "Free tacos!" Gotta love it!!

Best last line ever in a Stacked Golf video! That’s because it’s a fishing rod! Timing is everything!
I saw a Ben Hogan equalizer in my local thrift store yesterday. If it is still there I might pick it up for you :) Great video again.
We Always Look forward to your video adventures!! 👍😁😁😁😁😁😁
Thank you both! 😊
Let’s go baby early squad, luv the vids keep em coming.
Thanks!!!
Fun to watch you guy's golfing again!
Great video and great finds.
I have the iron bottle opener . Never realized there was a driver one.
I use an Augusta putter in my bag - SuperStroke grip and it had great feel.
Yes it does! ⛳️👍😎

Being from NM I really appreciate your golf knowledge. It is in incredible as Nancy Lopez and Notay are local legends lol
Thanks JJ!
The drizzle 🌧 stick 😂😂😂. How did you even say that 😂😂😂.
I have a drizzle stick and absolutely love it!!!
“Because it’s a fishing rod” That was a good one!
Haha thanks Mark! 🤣
Love you videos u guys always find great clubs and great deals I'm super jealous
Thanks Kenny!
Ashley: "I don't wanna know... what you're fishing with THAT." LOL
The Daiwa iron were really cool I remember seeing them on the shelf at the Pro shop. They were way ahead of there time plus they were crazy expensive.
Thanks for putting out so much quality content!
Glad you like the videos!
Cheered me up seeing this!!
Thanks John! Hope you like it 😁
Love my Zero Friction golf glove! Those things last forever !!! Good times!
Yes they do! 👍
Another great video, should have picked that Super Eye-O-Matic persimmon at the last thrift shop. Mac Gregor persimmons are the gold standard. Looked like it was in great shape also.
You guys rock! Long time fan!
Thank you for the support!
Good stuff. Keep em coming
Thanks!
A bunch more great finds. I see that Rick Shiels gave you guys a shout out in his last video where he hit the thrifts before playing St. Andrews.
More great finds, dodgers picture was sweet!
Thanks Tim!
Nice, food reviews too!
Haha yup we went old school this time! 🌮⛳️🏌️♀️👍😎
The trifecta, flea markets, a food review and a few holes of ⛳️
Ashley, your eyes reading " Free Tacos for a year!!!! 😎😎😜😃👀👀👀
That's funny...I just picked up that exact putter last week.
Ashley coming out with the bombs! Those bottle openers are sweet.
Nice find! Some of the Goodwills around us do that too for some reason 🤷♀️
I wrote this while watching and then I remembered there was a set with that Augusta putter in it and it looked brand new.
Yess!!! Stacked time!!!!
Hopefully you enjoy!
Welcome to Brevard 👍👍
Man! Would love to run across that Dodgers pic. One of my kids' favorite teams and Jackie is his favorite player. A World Series year is just icing on the cake! Let me know if you decide to sell it :) :) :)
I spy those Nike Vapor irons in the bag, one of my favorites ever!
How are those ping ISI titanium drivers? Always wondered.
Lol great ending 👍
Cool video and to end it at one of my favorite courses…
Great to seem some on course videos 👍
I own a drizzle stick. Works great
WOW cant believe you guys are almost at 85k on your way to 100k and the 1st annual stacked golf tournament maybe at 100k and to think I was like number 100 sub. Best golfing couple on youtube.
Good finish to a Monday!
Glad you liked it!
Love from 🏴
Thanks Luke!
I'm not sure that putting left handed will change the break of the put. A downhill left to right break is the same for lefties and righties.
Ashley is a genius! Daiwa made the best graphite shafted clubs back in the 80's and 90's because they were so good at making fishing rods. They were way ahead of the times.
Man that last club sounded like a water logged bat. Those bottle openers are awesome.
Thanks! They are super cool
Loved your reactions to free Taco Bell for a year 😂 and loved your last shot b4 ending the video 😂 😂 😂
great job guys i love my ADAMs gear
Yes! Team Adams 👍😎
Love the Dodgers picture and must say you meet some very interesting people in your journeys
200 yard par 3
Over the green with a ‘66 Hogan blade 5 iron
😳
There’s obviously something wrong with my golf clubs…
ANOTHER GREAT VIDEO!!!

You guys should do more alternate shot videos!
