Yes I believe you can with most backhoes however without a quick hitch coupler it would be time consuming. It takes a few minutes to get used to the bucket movements in relation to your hydraulic control motions. But usually within about 10 minutes you become very effective. I don't flip my bucket around all that often however it has been extremely handy when digging under power lines, gas lines electrical lines etc. Have a great day!
