Josef Mysliveček (9 March 1737 - 4 February 1781) was a Czech composer who was good friends with the Mozart family.
This piece comes from a collection of 6 divertimenti which he published in the 1770s.
Mozart liked these pieces, writing to his father that they would “make their best effect when performed with expression, taste and brio”.
