If you put a quilt or two on the wall, and maybe some area rugs on the ground, it will cut down on the room echo. Area rugs will also define the different"zones" -- e.g. "desk" (office), "sitting/reception", and "shooting (in front of the backdrop)". If that's how you'd like to set things up. :)
Carpet roll "ends" can be had for cheap from carpet shops -- connect them with carpet tape on the underside. Can make funky combinations. :)

Love the utilization of the space! Especially with the beam above, you can use the space behind the backgrounds for storage! Also I personally dislike using the rail system from my university's implementation but It made me so hype for you! I could see you using a monitor on the other side of the blackout curtains to advertise imagery or even having a neon sign. The design you picked for the interior is super welcoming and professional too!
