For as short of a stage that Wily 4 is, there are a lot of things that can trip you up. Once you learn the secret to getting past the beginning, the only thing stopping you from the shutter is one last death-defying leap, and it's my personal pick for the hardest jump in the entire game!
As for Dr. Wily's ultimate combat robot, you don't get much room or time to work with. I hope you can identify weaknesses by color at this point because that's what the majority of this battle entails. That said, it's when he goes to the ones that you can't exploit like Rolling Cutter where you'll be at your biggest disadvantage.
It definitely feels like a final battle because of how alert you have to be, but if you are, you will bring Wily and his evil empire to its knees before it even began. Get to begging, pal!

It's funny how Mega actually *waits* for Wily to get in his second form
In the Powered Up continuity Mega Man scared Dr. Wily straight. That’s why they never made a sequel.
That or it’s because Capcom released this on the PSP.

I find it quite interesting how Wily actually used the robot master weapons in this fight. I don't think he has ever used the weapons himself in the games.

Congrats on this run! And so Wily was good from now on and totally not the villain of the next upcoming 9 Mega Man games and Game Boy spinoffs and thus, not influencing the next generation!
Wily Files entry 4: Dr. Albert Wily
Dr. wily, former partner of Dr. Light, decided to take over the world one day and started by kidnaping the Robot Masters to use them to take over the world. He then created Wily Machine number 1 when he realised Mega Man was coming for him.
Light Files entry 12: Timeman and Oilman?
Last I remember, Timeman and Oilman weren’t in the story! Just Gutsman, Cutman, Elecman, Bombman, Fireman and Iceman! Where did they come from? Are they some sort of memory altering parasites? I’m just really confused. Also, the Robot Masters has different weaknesses! I don’t know why these memories were changed.

There should be a fan remake of Mega Man 1 where the tank phase is a first phase to this boss fight while the two phases from the original are second and third phase respectively.

Originally supposed to be speedrun but there are a reasons :
1.Planned to be buster only but i used another special weapons
2.So many hits
3. Too much pause at CUW01P
No problem. This was my favorite walkthrough I've done to date, so I'm glad people are still enjoying it years later.

I hate his ramming attack. His ramming is like unavoidable unless your lucky to choose a right weapon on him.
You can tell what weakness to use from the color the top of the machine is. You can also pause the game if cycling through weapons is taking too long. It's tough, but it's still doable for the most part.

Did you beat the entire game on normal mode? That counts for it. If you did, it could also be a Mega Man-only thing, but forgive me. It's been a looooong while since I did this again now.

I can now confirm that it is a Mega Man-only thing. You have to play through the game as a form of him to get the unlockable. Found this out by looking at GameFAQs after my hard mode run was done as another character. Oops!

It’s not the chibi form of the game I don’t like it’s it’s Mega man Powered up it’s a Fyah remake but they could’ve made it harder the custom stages ppl made were Better 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
