Loved the video Chris and Lilly gives it a little something extra. You are so right about the it`s called fishing and not catching, and for anybody to say they always catch something is doing a disservice to anybody just starting out, it`s a great way to discourage a newbie. I`ve been fishing mostly in ponds for 60 years and have had times of fishing where I could do no wrong at places I knew how to fish, and out of the blue just when I feel invincible, I couldn`t catch a damned thing even a cold and I would throw every lure I had and nothing. Of course, I`d look around at other fishermen with bait and they had the same results. Always have fun being out in nature away from noise and hassles and if you catch something it`s a bonus to the whole experience. Peace and brother love to you and all.

I appreciate your years of experience fishing those waters takes a long time to gain that experience you sometimes make it look easy but it is fishing so you never know
You are so right it's all about the timing and the fish and bait brother. I have been fishing that area since the early 70dys. I could show you some things about that area lol
At 10.07 mark those are what we call soldier crabs in Australia and they are good bait also.

Did they ever reopen the fishing pier at the north causeway it was all fenced off a while ago
I see people there all the time, didn’t know it was ever closed.
It was the pier next to the bridge. The other smaller one was always open thanks I was just checking. I have also fished Browns Bay at Indian river lagoon park some big oyster beds back in there
