  • this is a DIY thrust test jig i have made to test the thrust capacity of Brusless DC motors for an upcoming project. i have designed it in fusion360, 3d printed the parts and placed them on a wooden base. i have used a portable weight scale and nylon string to hook the motor to the weight scale, as the motor generates thrust, the arm is lifted which pulls the weight scale hook using the nylon string. using this we can measure the thrust capacity of any dc motor and propeller combination to find out the best motor suitable for our application.

Hello Mr. Video man, is there any way I could reach out by email to discuss how the battery spot welder kit you used works?
