- College packing can be stressful, but don’t worry! I’ve got a complete list of items that you’ll need for your freshman year in the dorms ☺️
Some items you may not have thought of, and some items are SUPER obvious. But all are included so that you don’t forget anything! I’m a girl who likes to bring the bare minimum so you’ll only find the items that I believe are the most essential!

Getting command strips is not universal advice! While Baylor will fine you for putting holes in the wall, at my school, SHSU, we're supposed to use thumbtacks to hang things and could get fined for using command strips, as it may ruin the paint! To the freshman out there, please read your dorms handbooks or contact your school before you move in, so you know what you can and can't use on the walls.

Lol girl! I TOTALLY get it. Me too with the anxiety it’s such a thing… Honestly I just wake up early to avoid people, and if I have extra time in the morning I just do homework or stretching before class 😂 but that’s just what I do. Hope that helps!
